Loretta, the dental hygienist was amazing, worked fast and sweet as can be. I give her 5 stars. The dentist on the other hand gets a two. Started pulling my tooth, pulled for about 10 maybe 15 minutes, decided he couldn't pull it, after tearing up my gums, tells me that I have to wait and see an oral surgeon almost a month away! If I could have waited a month to have it taken out I would. Now I'm in pain, and waiting 3 more weeks for this tooth to be removed. If you need a tooth extraction, make sure that they know for a fact that they can do it! If not, you'll be stuck like me!

Worst experience ever definitely would not recommend. On top of my cost of service being displayed for the entire waiting room to hear, i was refused service because i did not and could not proceed with the costly plan they so happen to say i needed. Which may have been true, but how can you refuse the service the patient/customer wants to cover youd bottom line. I never in my life heard of such a thing. If my insurance covers two free cleanings per year why are you forcing me to get a deep cleaning at this moment i cant afford it. If i had 200 to spend on a cleaning i wouldnt need insurance. Just awful!!

BEWARE!! Very unprofessional and slow establishment.1, Front desk clerk told me to write down my social security number and date of birth on a sticky note instead of just entering into the computer. 2. Unsanitary, Assistants didn’t wash hands prior to putting gloves and conducting X-rays; proceeded to touch the walls and computers and then put hands into my mouth to adjust X-ray device, very nasty and unsanitary. 3. Then the “dentist” came into the room eating and coughing into hands then reaching to shake my hands. I told him I had just coughed in my hand and that he should wash his hands, he stated “no I’m good “. Didn’t wash his hands then proceeded to put on gloves to exam my mouth. Before examining, he adjusts his glasses on his face with the gloves on! Then goes into my mouth with the same nasty gloves. He acted as if he didn’t know what treatment plan I should be on. The hygienist told me one thing and he said another. Had to wait another 45 mins to see the “Consultantion Manager “ who told me I should go with treatment plan that the hygienist recommended. The suspect front desk who asked for my social hadn’t even verified my insurance so when I asked for pricing no one knew because the insurance it was after 530 n they were closed. I left confused and with an sore mouth and nasty feeling funny after this visit which was only an consultation. NEVER again will I visit this office and I suggest anyone else stays away from it as well!!

I got to my appointment 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. The lady at the counter was nice and professional. But I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time and still hadn’t been called back to a room for X-rays, to see a tech, etc. and a guy who walked in 30 minutes after me was seen before me. I cannot say how the cleanings are because I left after waiting an hour. It was a waste of my time, and not being seen 45 minutes after your appointment time is unprofessional. Appointments are for a reason and if you are behind at least be respectful to the patient and give them a heads up.

Totally horrible. You wait all week for an appointment call to confirm and then the day of your appointment literal 2 hours before you are to be on site, they call and cancel. Then tell you if you have an emergency they can see you right away but yet when you go in as a new patient they only can take xrays and can not address your pain issue. They are rude on the phone so don't be in pain and go here. The lady that called about the appointment cancellation went to answer questions about me getting in early but instead of coming back she transferred me to someone else. Now the conversation has to start all over again. The Office manager said they have only one doctor and tells you the doctors on the site and in Delta Dental site are as needed and are not full time on staff. The office manger says they are short staff and can not accommodate you but can transfer you to another Aspen Center. Not GOOD AT ALL.

This place is a joke! My mom have an appointment at 11:00am. At 11:30am, she have not been called so I went to ask the front desk girl when will they see her and made her aware that her appointment was at 11am. She looked at me like I was bothering her and told me she does not know or how long and advises me that they take lunch at 12:30pm. So my question is, my mom have three people ahead of her and they take lunch at 12:30 so how will they get all the patiences in before 12:30????? Will not recommend this place to anyone because this is her third time trying to adjust her denture and she isn’t the only one here with the same problem. Jesus help them get more organized and professionalism! I have never been to a dentist where you have to wait half your day to see someone. So another question I also have is........if someone was really in major pain, how long will the wait be?????? If you would like to get in and out and want good CUSTOMER SERVICE and FOLLOW UP’s go see Dr. DUBOSE!

I can honestly say this was the best dental care and plan care that I have ever received in Montgomery, AL. Aspen’s Dental team from the frontline staff to the dentist was very professional and provided quality care with patience and respect. The Xray process was painful because of issues in which I presented with upon the visit. However, the best Xray views of the teeth that I have ever seen. The Insurance consult with the office manager was very helpful; the hygienist and the dentist provided phenomenal dental preventive services and educational instructions.

I had a 7:30 am consultation appointment today. The staff was friendly and efficient starting with the receptionist who reviewed the paperwork that I completed on line, the dental assistant who took the X-rays , the hygentist who reviewed my oral health and the dentist who provided me with a thorough and professional oral exam. They took their time and explained each step allowing me the opportunity to ask questions as they developed a treatment plan that maximized my dental health. Finally, the office manager worked with me to develop a financial plan that I was comfortable with. The initial appointment took over an hour, however there was no wasted time using a patient centered approach that didn’t make me feel rushed and unimportant. Kudos to the Aspen Dental Staff!!

It could have been better. My appointment was set in advance and the person(hygienist) I was there to see wasn't even there that day. The xrays they took hurt and made my mouth bleed. They then proceeded to give me a sheet of all what I needed done ,when they didn't even exam my mouth for more than three minutes . Having a free exam is nice but it should be overall a nice experience for the customer, as to make sure they come back and spend their money there .

Whenever I see the dentist he had no interest in fixing my dentures only wants to sell me new ones. So they escort me to a advisor and say oh I am going to help you.Needless to say I get get out there and they say oh its going to be 1300.00 for just a top plate, but we have financing but your credit has to be good. If I had all those amenities do u think I would be gong to a free dental appt. I was looking to pay around 500.00 because I realize nothing is free but this isn't affordable!!My experience gives them a 0 with help. Wasted my time!!

I moved from North Hutchinson Island Florida, to Montgomery Alabama 0n 12 /17/2017 and the next day I had a server dental emergency I broke my rear molar tooth in half and was having a serious toothache. I called a dozen are more local dentist office. And no one could schedule an appointment to me until January 2018. I called Aspen Dental Office on Eastchase Parkway. And Explain my dental emergency. And being new to the Area I was instructed that The Doctor Jackson would be able to see me the following day. If it was possible, I'd give them a negative star rating!! I took my aunt to Aspen Dental yesterday & feel that we have been totally messed up. She is a cancer patient undergoing chemo & has lost a lot of weight which we told them. She has a set of dentures but the bottom plate has never been adjusted to fit well. First the technician who I guess makes the dentures, etc., came in & was able to make an adjustment that would have made them wearable till she had a new set made. When they started to make impressions none of the trays that hold the "goop" was small enough to fit in her mouth???? Never had that problem before. They ended up using her dentures to make the impressions, getting the goop all over her, then giving her a towelette to clean up with that came from a container that was clearly marked "Do not use on skin". When we got home & took the bottom denture out of it's baggie, it had been ground down till there was nothing but teeth sitting on a flat base. Called them today to tell them they needed to make her a temporary plate & was told they couldn't do that. Needless to say we are not going to do business with them. I have been told that they will refund her deposit. We're going to a "real dentist" tomorrow to start over.

I had to change my appointment within a day or two of my original appointment but I just logged into my account and did it online easily! I went for my new appointment time a little worried the I might have done something wrong online but they called me within ten minutes and told me my copay and after a few more minutes I was taken to the back. My teeth were cleaned and the lady was friendly throughout my visit. I feel relaxed during each of my visits to Aspen Dental which always makes things go smoothly.

I went as a walk in and a new pt, I wasn't there 30 mins and they called me back. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I was in a pickle to and figured there's no way I could afford what had to be done nor did I figure at all I would get approved for credit there, but however I did with the help of a very helpful, nice, very professional woman who went out of her way to help me decide on my decision as far as treatment and reassured me that I chose a good treatment plan. I can't express enough how professional, very nice, and well skilled the whole staff was they made you feel very comfortable especially how in depth they were with my whole mouth lol bit seriously I've never been to a dentist that acted and was so concerned and very thorough! A complete waste of an afternoon and prolonged suffering because there seems to be no communication whatsoever between the appointment setter and the staff. I needed a broken tooth repaired in my denture. The appointment setter assured me that there is a lab and a technician on site that can do repairs. I told them this is all I wanted done because I have a dentist in Dothan that I see twice a year. When I got to the appointment, they wanted to do x-rays and an exam. After I explained (again) why I was there...they told me the technician was already gone for the day! The appointment setter had LIED TO ME.

The first visit was not a great experience. I spent the two hours to get forms completed. First you cannot sign in to complete the forms online as a guest because it requires an Account Number that doesn't yet exist. Second, I downloaded the paper work and completed it. Then we get to the office and they "can't access it!" So we HAD TO REFILL THIS SAME PAPERWORK OUT! How inconvenient. The commercials are giving us false information about their service.

I had an appointment for a exam and x ray. During the process I was asked if I had a tooth that was bothering me at the moment, and i said yes. I asked if i could get it pulled that day. I was told to make another appointment to have it pulled. During the process of going over the procedures that will be done, make sure you look at the prices. They tried to charge me $153 for a toothbrush. They are all about money. I wanted them to do certain things, but instead they claim other things needed to be done first. Yeah, of course so they can get more money. They are very unprofessional, talking about the patients in front of other patients. They gossiping about why this patient came back, and the response wasOh he's complaining about his dentures again. A woman came in to bring one of the staff members some fish, and when I tell you most of the staff got so loud and ghetto over some fish. MY GOODNESS, even the doctor came out and joined in. Out of all the staff I encountered that day, Cynethia has the most professionalism and she does not fit in that group at all. Actually she should teach the regional manager Felicia some techniques.

Aspen Dental is the worst. I was quoted $832 by Tanietha to have two of my wisdom teeth extracted with oral surgery on 12/04/2018 and the woman sent my X-ray over to the dentist that would be doing it. And I was told by Tanietha that if they weren’t able to schedule me then they would call me to reschedule. So I went ahead and paid $832 for two of my wisdom teeth to get removed with oral surgery. And it was scheduled for the very next day but I was told that I had to go to the Prattville location. My mouth was hurting so bad that I didn’t mind going to get that relief. I show up at 1:15 p.m. to my appointment that was supposed to be scheduled for 12/05/2018 at 1:45 p.m. and at first the woman couldn’t find me stating that my appointment was canceled or taken off the schedule. The woman behind the receptionist spoke up because she’s who the Montgomery office spoke to and said she would ask the dentist if he could do it. The dentist said that he would be able to remove my teeth. So I sit down to make sure the paper work was okay and I was informed that I would have to pay an extra $850 on the spot because they would rather that I be put to sleep. I already paid in full the price that I was given without insurance and drove to the Prattville location. And I was not prepared to pay an additional extra $850 on the spot for a service that I already paid for. I just told them to refund me the money and now I have to find somewhere else because these people are not organized in the least bit. They felt more than happy to take my money but when it was time for the service...it’s oh no ma’am we need more money now. Ridiculous! I’m still waiting on my refund now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL.

I wouldn't recommend Aspen to anyone who needs major work done. Their offices are not equip to handle it. Then they say what is quoted is what you pay and that's a lie, every time I go they say I owe them more money. And please don't let them talk you into financing.... biggest mistake I ever made you will be stuck paying for service you never receive because they don't have anyone in the Montgomery or Prattville office who can do the work so they will refere you to someone else whom you will have to pay out of pocket even tho you have been financed with them. The best thing about this office is Lorretta who does the cleaning so if you only go for cleanings you're be in good hands but anything else find a different office. I see they only respond to the positive reviews but what about the people that had bad experiences... ♀‍

I really enjoyed my visit with the Montgomery office. ALL employees were very welcoming. I felt like I had been there before. Dr. Jackson was very friendly and detailed. My favorite part about my visit was getting to watch TV in the back why waiting to see the hygienist and the doctor. Over all it, was an AMAZING experience. Never felt this good about going to the dentist.

My whole overall experience was amazing! The staff are all genuine, funny, and outgoing. I was surprised my first initial visit lasted less than a hour! The office is very clean and cozy, but I do want to stress that the staff members are amazing and make you feel very comfortable during your visit.

I called and made an appointment to have my tooth pulled, I was quoted a specific price. The day of my appointment they did the whole xray, and exam. Dentist came in looked at everything, told me he could fill my tooth. Then I was told that was the end of the exam. I was told it would be $4,000 to fix everything they found wrong. I told them I just wanted my tooth pulled. I was then told it was a completely different price than what I was quoted and I would have to make another appointment to have it done.

I do not recommend at all. First they change my husband's appt and then when we get there they told me his appt was 45 minutes later than what they said on the phone. Then we sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours, walk-ins coming in after us were getting taken back before us and we had an appt. Then they broke a piece of my husband's tooth doing the x-rays. He came in for the right side hurting and left with entire mouth hurting, they didn't do anything for him. Instead of removing the 1 tooth he came in for they said it had to be all or nothing and the price was just shy of $5400. Needless to say we will never be back!

Went in today as a new patient. The total free consultation took me almost 3.5 hours. I spent a lot of time waiting around. Unfortunately I had to leave before they could even approve my insurance information, because, after sitting in a chair for 30 minutes, they were waiting on a fax that would take 15-20 minutes...? Maybe after your first visit it goes faster, but today was just ridiculous. Be prepared, new patients, clear your schedule. I'm going to find a different dentist.

I LOVE this Aspen Dental office! I had a horrible experience at the Opelika office with some adult "mean girls" even the office manager was ugly. That being said, I transferred offices and have had the opposite experience here. Especially Jae is super sweet and helpful, but the entire office including the office manager and the dentist have gone above and beyond. I am so thankful for this place!!! :)
