I recently switched dentist offices and I’m really glad I did! I had to come in for my cleaning and then come again shortly after to get some cavities filled and I had a great experience both times, I also barely had to wait both times! My hygienist’s name is Chloe and she’s awesome!!! She did a wonderful job on my cleaning and also made me feel VERY comfortable because I am not a fan of going to the dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Krempa and his staff to anyone in search of a new dental office!

Got a filing in august and it fell out by january so I went and got it fixed now im out of pocket because its been less than 12 months on that tooth but to be honest being I have never had a feeling fall out so I didnt want to go back and get more drilling on that tooth to fix a bad filling. They wanted to do a crown on the other side ummm not going to happen.

I just want to say how lovely my visits have been at the office. My grand daughter referred me to the office after I moved back to Mobile from Jacksonville, Florida. I really needed to get re-established as a patient and this office seemed to be the perfect fit for me. I love getting my teeth cleaned but like most patients I have extreme anxiety because of past experiences. I was welcomed in with open arms. There is coffee and water in the waiting area as well as magazines and tv for entertainment. Dr. Krempa and Dr. Martin both are wonderful and seemed very understanding of both my anxiety and financial situation. I felt like both dentists and the hygienist (Ashley) cared about me and my treatment needs instead of how much he could get out of my pocket book. I ended up needing a filling and their schedule seemed super flexible. I didn’t have to wait longer than a day or two to get in for treatment. Overall my cleaning and filling appointments went well and I will continue to return for my visits. Thank you Dr. Krempa, Dr. Martin, and staff!

My wife went into have a root canal done and it was a botched job. My wife had pain days after the procedure, he did not even finish the Job the first TIME! She developed an infection from the first job. When My wife went back for a follow up, he treated her pregnancy as if it was an inconvenience when she refused a second x-ray! The nurse even insinuated that she might miscarry anyway so a x-ray wouldn't be too bad! After all of this they tried to reschedule in a MONTH! Poor workmanship and even worse bedside manner. So we will not be back and I certainly DO NOT recommend this practice.

I took the kids there today for their first appointment while I had mine, and they all came away impressed and they were very comfortable with everybody. We live in Mississippi, and it’s an hour away from mobile, but once I went there over a year ago I swapped dentist and Dr. Krempa is the best I’ve ever used and he’ll be our family dentist for years to come.

This group is wonderful! I am not a fan of dentists, and tend to get anxious when I go, but when I called these guys due to what I thought was an abscessed tooth they worked me in right away. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. BE AWARE!!!!! If you are thinking this dentist is good because he has 100+ positive reviews then you are WRONG! What him and his staff do: As soon as you go in for a cleaning they ask you to fill out a online survey about Dr. Krempa and yes hygienists do a good job cleaning your teeth and are super sweet, which is why everyone leaves good reviews BUT the minute you go back for actual dental work you'll realize he overbooks his patients and then RUSHES THROUGH dental procedures trying to get to everyone. He did 3 filings on my 3 teeth and was done in 30 mins. Maybe you are thinking "that's great" but you are WRONG! He left me with teeth that felt like shark teeth because he did not smoothen them out after the feelings. I went and saw another dentist who said Dr. Krempa did a bad job leaving me with such unfinished work that I pretty much wasn't able to floss my teeth. I could go on by telling you more, but I believe that this is enough info. WATCH out for him being BUSY AND HAVING GOOD REVIEWS, because a good dentist doesn't overbook and takes his time fixing patients teeth to ensure good quality work!! I would NEVER GO BACK TO SEE HIM OR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!

I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a very young child and I couldn't have had a better experience. I felt genuinely welcomed and educated. I know what I need to do now to maintain my health and I was given very clear instructions with ample opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Liz is amazing, but frankly every person I had contact with was incredibly kind and on their game. I was terrified of being judged or being in pain but the cleaning tickled, the tooth that I needed to have taken out was popped out in like 15 seconds with plenty of anesthesia and no pain at all, and I was told that they were proud of me for coming in now which meant the world to me. Dr. Krempa is exactly what you want in a dentist--fast, efficient, very honest, and he seems to genuinely want to do what's best for you. I can't recommend this dentist enough. Also incredibly reasonable prices. If you haven't been in a while, go here. It's an incredibly welcoming space.

I love their use of technology to keep you informed of your appointments. It is excellent for a self-employed business owner with unpredictable hours. Their staff is wonderful and the office is really nice. I found them online when I had an inflamed nerve and my regular dentist could see me for a couple of days. Love Dr. Krempa and his staff. Everyone is so nice from the minute you walk in the door to when you are through and check out. Liz does a great job cleaning my teeth and all the other dental assistants are wonderful too. Dr. Krempa recently capped some of my lower teeth and replaced an old lower bridge. I love the results. They are wonderful for dental emergencies also. Dr. Martin is also great. I moved to Mobile about three years ago and was worried about changing dentists. I had the same dentist for over 30 years. I feel just as at home here as I did at my old dentist. My husband is also a patient and loves them as much as I do.

I would recommend Dr. Krempa to all of my family, friends and patients. He is thorough and takes the time to explain your situation and what is needed to get you back to a healthy smile. I do believe that the star of the show for my cleaning visit was Jade. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and showed compassion for her job. Every staff member that I came in contact to had a smile on their face and treated you like a family member. Overall was a great experience and will definitely be going back there on a regular basis to maintain my oral hygiene. The only bad thing about this review is that I wish I could have left 10 stars... 5 Stars really is not enough!
