Great dentists! My first visit was for a second opinion on a tough cavity, and it ended up needing filling, so I let them take care of it. It was amazing, I've had a lot done in my mouth over the years (braces, jaw surgery, cavities) it's usually very uncomfortable/painful, but with these guys it didn't hurt a bit. I was shocked. They've been my dentists ever since, and I recommend them to everyone. I actually look forward to dentist visits now.

Recently had a crown, this visit was a much better experience then my other crown at a different dentist. They make the crowns in the office so this only took 1 appointment. They took extra care to make sure it was perfect.

Great experience here! I had Dr. Albritton and she is very friendly. They make this as pleasant an experience as it can be. For my dental work I was there about 2 hours. They provided me with a blanket and a heated chair since it gets cold. They made sure I was comfortable and that nothing ever hurt. Very positive and professional experience.

This office is fantastic! Dr. Ardovino is one of the best dentists I have seen. She is very thorough and extremely personable. She and her support staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She gave me the very best care even making my crowns on site so that I would not have to wear temporaries and schedule another appointment. She uses the latest technology ensuring my crowns fit perfectly and went over my treatment plan and costs beforehand so that I knew what was expected. Her dental assistant Debra was fantastic as well and has over 30 years of experience. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Thank you Dr. Ardovino and staff!

Doctors Albritton & Ardovino have gone above and beyond to ensure we considered and made the correct choices for me in my treatment plan! When we discussed braces they coordinated care with my orthodontist. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful the entire staff is here! The location is very convenient (located in alabaster), the staff is friendly and helpful, the environment is welcoming! These guys absolutely rock! I never looked forward to seeing the dentist until I became a patient here. ❤️

I highly recommend this office and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. Ardovino and Debra totally got it. They made me so comfortable, talked me through every step, and used every means possible to ease my anxiety with nitrous, numbing gel, and taking it slow with the novocaine. Dr. Ardovino answered all of my dental questions and gave me a treatment plan to meet my needs. She has great prices and does not try to slip in extra costs or recommend something to just make herself money. I am very confident about going to the dentist now and no longer have anxiety. I actually look forward to going and seeing the staff and Dr. Ardovino!

Dr. Ardovino is the best. Since I turned 40, I’ve needed about a crown a year. Typically it’s multiple visits and often a root canal. I found Dr Ardovino after I moved to bham and she has done my last two. My crowns were each done in ONE appt!!!! For a busy mom, no temp appt. and then having to make a second appointment for permanent, is a huge benefit. No root canals either! The staff is amazing. And the procedures have been comfortable and fast. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ardovino for a couple of years now and I have found her to be just an outstanding dentist who possesses an incredible work ethic with an amazing skill set. I can say the same for Ms.Debra who is one of the first class dental assistants. Everyone in the office is very nice from the office manager to all of the support staff. All of the work that was to be completed was explained in detail to me for that particular session and Dr. Ardovino and Ms. Debra placed a premium on a patient’s comfort level and care. When working on you Dr. Ardovino and Ms. Debra go out of their way NOT to cause pain or discomfort and both keep a steady and effective line of communication. Dr. Ardovino and staff took the fear out of any visit for me. If you want a dentist with superior skills and excellent support staff who listen to their patients then Dr. Ardovino and staff will get the job done. We all need a highly trained and skilled professional for a family dentist and Dr. Ardovino as your family dentist will make you not fear the dental industry. In closing the office has the latest technology so if you need a cap ( like in my case) or a crown they have the capabilities to create it in house, thus saving you a second appointment.

My new dental practice, Albritton & Ardovino Family Dentistry, is great! Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr. Ardovino is a skilled and talented dentist who has improved the health of my teeth tremendously! She also has a friendly personality. They are all quite considerate. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable, even going to the point of providing blankets and heated dental chairs! I have always hated the dentist but I for the first time in my 39 years I don’t dread going. The staff is so helpful and the office is modern and immaculate. I am particularly impressed with their equipment and technology. While they suggest work to be done they do not pressure you with products or procedures you don’t need. I had a cracked crown almost two years ago and Dr. Albritton worked me in the next day and referred me to an amazing oral surgeon. She and the staff was with me during the entire implant process! We live in downtown Birmingham and they are worth the drive to Alabaster. My husband and I couldn’t be happier.

Had to cancel appointment due to unexpected delay at my employer. Was ridiculed by receptionist and sent a cancelation bill. On top of that, they are no longer in my insurance network.

They were very nice but everything else went wrong. Made appointment verified took my insurance. They did lots of X-rays then hygienist started what I thought I was there, cleaning. There was no discussion about periodontal scaling. Only did half my mouth for $212. Dr. Ardivino came in saying the condition of my teeth was so bad she thought I could do nothing but dentures! Back again next day (stupid me for not asking about what hygienist was doing but she then did periodontal on other side charging me $212.again. She sold me two prescription fluoride tooth paste, one of which $25.00 I could have gotten at local pharmacy for $15. Then said only option was dentures. Why all the cleaning if going to pull them out. I got bill for another $389.00 and read they are out of network. I called ,office mgr said we will file your ins as a service to our patients whether in network or not. She isn’t telling the truth. She said they were carriers of Cigna. Dr. Ardovino never discussed treatment plan or cost of periodontal work. Knowing full well how much this was costing since only one didn’t know they were members of Cigna. We r paying separate dental plan as I’m on Medicare due to disability. Why do you want to deep clean my teeth and dentist plan was dentures. They had me scheduled in March for regular cleaning. None of this makes any sense to me. They didn’t like it that I went back to my regular dentist who is out of network. I hope if you plan to go these dentist you ask for cost and plan of treatment.
