If you're looking for a workout that makes you sweat - no matter how bad or good of shape you’re in - this is THE place! Jazzercise classes are fun, non-judgmental, and supportive and fly by fitness fun! I have been searching for years to try and find my 'fitness' niche (sorry I'll never be a 'runner' - it’s not my thing). Jazzercise is all things good in fitness, proper warm ups, stretches, cool downs, strengthening, and cardio - wrapped up into 60 minutes that fly by so fast. (And I am not one to say that). I've tried zumba, yoga, running, the elliptical, dead weight lifting and this is the only one that I never look at the clock, and when class is up I'm always surprised it’s been an hour already, but I'm drenched. The instructors are a HUGE part in making this fun. I go to the early a.m. class and sometimes the evening and the personalities of the instructors make me look forward to getting out of bed or making a stop on way home from work. They really are the best! :-)

Great teachers and fun exercise. Nice variety of classes offered. I do have a problem with one instructor who blasts the music. It wouldn't be a problem but her voice is the same pitch as the music so I can't understand her very well.
