A great bunch of women... uplifting, gracious, kind and fun doesn't begin to describe the wonderful people at Dance Life. I just wish I had more time to take a class or two everyday. I highly recommend Dance Life studio- whether you are serious about dance or just want to have fun, Dance Life is the place to be!

From belly dancing to burlesque to zumba to hula hoop, there is something for everyone at dance life. I love getting the monthly pass and checking out all the dancing and fitness classes.

Great instructors who love to dance and are all about going at your own pace. I took a hip hop and a ballet class and love them both! I plan to continue. What I like most about this place is that all body types and ability levels are welcome!

This place is FUN! I've been going for maybe a month or so. I've tried zumba, burlesque, cize, OULA, and one or two others. All are great. The teachers are warm and welcoming - it seems like a fun family. I found myself smiling during my very first class. It has a wide variety of attendees - skilled to not so skilled, old to young-ish (like 20s). Its pretty low impact, but you'll be sweaty by the end.

This studio is wonderful! The dance classes are fun, and there are options for everyone. The most affordable group fitness and dance classes in Madison, by far, you won’t regret getting an unlimited month. They’ve recently started a partnership with Thrive as well, which offers fitness, nutrition, and massage. Very inclusive environment for females, femmes, and gender queer individuals with an awesome event called Inappropriate Song Night being the crowning moment of glory 2-3x per year! Just don’t park in front of the body shop next door, they get angsty. ;-)

I've been going to Dance Life for nearly a year and its been a blast. Its so fun and welcoming. The instructors are so helpful. I always have a great time in classes. The focus is both on learning the art of dance but also on loving your body and your way of learning. Arielle and Mama K are the sweetest people who are always encouraging and knowledgeable. I love love going to Dance Life and I'm so happy to have found it.
