One of the best part of Crunch is its great location in the heart of Bellevue. So, it always seems accessible and you tend to go there more. Equipments and machines are in huge number so I've never faced any queue or wait time. Good music and enough TV screens for engagement. They also maintain good cleanliness and hygiene in the gym area and restrooms. Plenty of lockers to keep your belongings safe. Helpful staff. In short, its a perfect fitness center you can have around and is extremely affordable.

Third review Updating my review once again I have been a member for about two months now and I signed up for crunch for the classes which you pay a peak membership for. On numerous occasions I’ve seen people who I know just have the basic membership, go get a poker chip and just join the class for free. How infuriating that I’m paying for the privilege of doing the classes while others are enjoying it for free. I can’t wait until I’m out of this contract. Second review You can read my last review below. This is an update I got a call from Brecken today who was very helpful answered a lot of my questions and was very professional. I will definitely be sure to ask for her when inquiring about anything. I’m so glad she called! First review Just signed up for their peak membership yesterday and was not given a tour or anything just sent on my way. Went in today and although they offer WiFi it doesn’t work? Will most likely cancel my membership after this month.

The price is low, until you try to leave. I cancelled my account with Crunch Fitness six months ago and moved cross-country. Ever since then I've been hounded by their creditors and agents insisting that I hadn't cancelled. I pleaded that I'd cancelled and for them to freeze my account. Instead the charges continued. They racked up 5 months and a year of fees before I was finally able to get them to cancel my account. It's a clingy relationship from hell that I don't ever want with a company again.

This is a good gym. They have nice equipment and are inexpensive. Facility is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are a little inconvenient, they close relatively early (10pm) on weekdays and (7pm) on weekends.

I joined when the gym originally opened. Yeah its cheap that's why a lot of people here join. It is walking distance from my house and this is why I keep coming back. Equipment is all great and if something breaks it gets fixed pretty quick. They don't have Olympic weights but you can make due and no real free weight squat rack. That was the good. The bad very few people have and gym edict here. No one wipes down the machines when they are done. 3 quarter of the people who workout here don't shower or use deodorant. Also they insist on getting on the phone in the middle of working out and talking for 15 min... go outside! OK back to the good sorry. If you don't know what you are doing the personal trainers here are better than any LA fitness trainers so good work to them I have been watching. Staff wise the younger staff great the older owner gentlemen awesome. Older front desk staff rude. Oh yeah last thing if you come at 6pm you won't be able to breath while working out. If that's the time you plan to work out at, Dont find a different gym.

Everything is fine here except for the hidden 40$ fees you pay in your 3rd month of subscription. Also, there is no pool/sauna .. But on the flip side you get free group fitness classes for 20/30$ packages. Overall decent gym.

Watching someone bake a cake while I'm trying to work off my carrots and lettuce I had for lunch is torture!

The value of crunch can't be beat. The crossroads location has everything I need. The only reason I canceled is due to moving too far away. If there was a closer location I would continue for sure. Even the canceling of my service was handled quickly and efficiently by both the central customer service and local staff.

It's an easy decision when choosing a gym. Their overall atmosphere is "No Judgements" which makes it a very welcoming place for all. Location is great, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the gym is always clean and organized. The prices are unbeatable, and the classes and personal training options are endless. If you like using cardio machines, weight lifting machines, TRX cables, or old school weights, Crunch fitness has what you want and need.

Dont join this place, I moved out of Seattle and asked to cancel my membership services, still they charged me. I have also paid maintainence fees for the whole year. Overall i can say your wont be refunded back in any case on top of it they will charge cancellation fee.

Everyone so far (staff wise) is pretty awesome. I just joined almost a week ago and I'm very happy with the prices! And it's perfect to just go in, focus and workout, do my thing and leave. There's only about 1 staff member that didn't really pay attention or act like he cared, but otherwise, that doesn't change how happy I am with the gym. Just enough space too! Music is way too LOUD. And playing Hip Hop or rap on a daily basis gets quite annoying. If you’re going to play music for the gym-goers at least play something that appeals to everyone, not just a specific group of people.

I have been a member in this gym for a long time and I love it. As you might have seen it, this gym is economical and the membership starts at 10 bucks per month. For folks who just need to work out and be fit this gym is ideal. You can't expect towel service, stream, sauna but locker, tanning and dry wave massage are available. I love the group classes which is available for peak membership. So if your need is just to be fit, this is a great place

The manager she said her name is Alysa kelsey doesn't let me to freeze my account, even I told her I'm going out of country for 2 months, she give me hard time and persuade me not to freeze my account even after I told her I will cancel my membership. She act like it's okay for you to cancel your membership we don't need you ,there's alot of people still coming to this gym you're nothing, she even send me cancelation form to my email, that I didn't ask for. Wow! Crunch fitness in Bellevue has the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced. To be honest I'm not a big stickler for customer service but this was extremely bad. Not only was I blatantly disrespected at the front desk, but it also appeared that no one actually knew what they were doing. The man I spoke to was so appalling in his manner towards me that I will never return to the gym. Was planning on renewing my membership, however after this experience there is not a chance in hell. Spend your money ANYWHERE else, unless you like everyone treating you horribly.

Horrible customer service When I asked for cancellation of my gym membership, they instead made me sign a freeze form and never bothered to tell me about the annual maintainance charges that will be levied. Although the information is present in the freeze form but as I was in a rush and I went ahead with the process only because I didn't want to say no to the person who proposed the idea of freezing the account, I feel violated as the gesture of refunding the amount would have been taken in right spirit and helped establish the brand of crunch. Now, I won't recommend anyone to this place... What I feel bad about this gesture is after having such a nice experience for over a year, this is what I will take away with me...

Got a promotion in the mail figured I'd try it out for a month since I was moving take advantage of a free month, thought I read saying once promotion was done they weren't going to bill my card any longer. I now am being told they can't cancel my account via email or telephone and went through this obsain long hassle saying I either have to mail in a letter or fly back up come in person and cancel. That's ridiculous. This company is in the stone age with their tech and their equipment was extremely low quality didn't expect the best from a free promotion. Moral of story never going here again, never recommending a friend here.

SCAM I normally don't give bad reviews on gyms since i used to own one few years back and because I know how hard it is to maintain the facility and trying to make clients happy but this gym (Grunch) is simply after your money. They made me paid $78 for my cancellation. And I came to find out that when i request to freeze my account which they end up ignored it. Overall they only care about how do they gain profit out of you. Also their free-weight space extremely small which lead into crowded area. There is only ONE shower space availablethe & rest of them are out of order. Run of the mill corporate gym that doesn't care about their members and squeezes every penny out of you. I told the sales staff in the beginning that I only needed a place where I could train for a couple weeks while I was on the east side of Seattle. The staff recommended the basic membership and told me that I'd be able to cancel at any time for free, just give them 10 days notice. Apparently that isn't true, and they will be charging me from now until the end of December to the tune of $55, even though I won't even be in Washington state. Not sure whether that staff member didn't know the company's policies or intentionally lied to try to make a commission. I've had plenty of gyms charge me for canceling when I leave -- usually it's clearly written in the membership paperwork -- but this is the first where they actually lied about it. Disappointing but not surprising.

I have been going here for about a year now. I love how small this gym is get in do what you have to do and get out. The customer service is okay. Not amazing but they answer your questions and you both get on with your lives. They seem as though they are way too busy or their minds are occupied with something else at all times. It smells sometimes because there are always those people who do not use deodorant, or it is against their religion. PLEASE GET OUT OF MY GYM IF YOU DO NOT USE DEODORANT!!

they do not have internet - they have wifi you can connect "successfully" but there is no internet on it - so you can stream music or netflix. also, there is usually a lot of machines Out of Order and dont get fixed very quickly ....

Several weeks have been spent informing staff as to cleaning issues, only to have a staffer act like a certain level of filth or vermin is acceptable and show contempt for my concerns. Would normally give this place a 4 star rating, maybe a little more, but the complete lack of concern for the issues I raised, lower it by half. I will change my review if the situation is remedied soon, or will be seeking membership elsewhere.

I have been a member since this place opened and I have put up with weights not being reracked dirty equipment broken equipment but like I said I have put up with it until now. I have asked repeatedly to turn down the music and each time I get attitude by the young front desk “kids”. The music is that loud that I’m not sure if I’m supposed to ask someone dance or what! II try to listen to my own stuff on my cell and work out and the music is so destracting that to lift is getting dangerous. It’s apoears to me this those guys way of showing off to any young ladies here that these are cool and have progressive sense of modern music. Which has its place but not at 10:25 in morning! The music sucks here as well as the attitude. You work for us not the opposite! I also asked to have the owner call and that never happened. I’m out of here. Peace

Crunch is so affordable for the basic membership and has all the equipment I need for my own fitness needs: rowing machines, free weights, kettlebells, boxes for jumping, jump ropes, etc. why pay more? They open early enough for me to get a workout in before work too. I never have to wait for equipment

I hardly used this gym in my 1+ year of membership as it very small,smelly and unclean, It will demotivate you and you wi come out sad every time you visit. When I cancelled they charged me $46 annual processing fee which was due in future months. Save your hard earned money,I am not recommending this gym.

Join if you like being talked down to and treated like garbage. The facility is nice enough, with the locker room being smaller but cleaner than a couple other local gyms I've been to. However, the front office staff is very hit or miss with the only bright spot of the 4 people I dealt with being Carolyn. The culmination of their abysmal customer service is definitely Jared who is rude, lazy, and will openly accuse you of lying. Thanks guys! I really do appreciate being disrespected by some high-school aged kid. I did not join, instead my family and I have joined another local gym.
