I would suggest to avoid this school, especially for beginners. I had my friend who had no English and when I explained to Kaplan that he is just beginning to learn english, school said that they have very professional staff and methodics. But in reality we experienced with unprofessionalism and waste of time and money. When it came to the refund, finance girl named Xin was so pist off so she even ignored to listen us however we were their customers. To be honest there are lot of proper schools around so don't even bother yourself with attending Kaplan International! And yes as previous review states Kaplan is all about your money!

I came for toefl course Kaplan in Seattle but in the placement i had lower level for toefl course so I change my course from toefl to general English but this two course price is very different each other general English is cheaper but Kaplan doesn't refund me
