Happy place to dance. If you are looking for a good lead or follower come out to a dance at Elegant. Dancers come from all over From DC , Maryland , VA , I'm always surprised to learn how far a guy I'm dancing with has come to the parties here. They are good too and not dance snobs. I'm so glad I found Elegant Dancing. Trustworthy , Dependable , Gracious owners , involved and keeping it fun.

Elegant Dancing is a large, beautiful, light-filled studio that's also a warm, welcoming environment for new and seasoned dancers alike. The instruction, whether in group settings or private lessons, is top-notch and always fun-filled! Practice parties are held on Wednesday and Friday nights, with special Saturday parties on the second, third, and fourth Saturdays each month.

This is a wonderful place to learn and practice ball room dance. They have great instructors who are expert, patient, inspiring and fun! The practice dances on Wed and Fri are fun. It's a welcoming atmosphere and very positive. Group lessons are a great way to learn and practice dance skills. The owners, Lee and Chris, have succeeded in creating a wonderful place for sharing their love of ballroom dance and helping others to develop as dancers.

Wow... do you have a desire to stay younger and healthy ? This is the place !!! Plenty parking, filled with wonderful people and happy dancers in all levels. Well decorated Large Studio with super teachers and very friendly management team especially two owners who shares their love of ballroom dance to make non-dancer, like me to have dream of being a dancer. With this happy dream, I am living my life to the fullest.

After only 2 months of lessons, the instructors and classes at Elegant Dancing brought my dance skills to a whole new level. The studio is bright and inviting, meticulously maintained, and the management makes every person who walks through the door feel important. Group classes are offered throughout the week, giving students a chance to learn one or multiple styles within one hour. These, along with the Wednesday and Friday Dance Parties, provide ample opportunities to practice dancing with different partners - an invaluable experience. If you choose to take private lessons, you have a plethora of personalities from which to choose. The instructors are exceptionally talented and engaging, meeting each student at his/her present skill level and building from there. There is truly no dance studio like Elegant Dancing in the DMV area!

This is my favorite dance studio. The knowledgeable staff are welcoming to all levels of dancers and the dancers that attend are a wonderful mix of friendly personalities. Additionally, this is not a high-pressure sales environment. Instead, they truly care that you have an enjoyable experience and learn properly while working within your budget.
