Definitely need to check out if you are looking for a group activity. We booked a pole dancing class for a bachelorette party and literally enjoyed every minute. We laughed so hard and had a blast! We paid for the Goddess package so we had a champagne toast before the start of class, the bride got a little gift and even had snacks at he end of class. The only downfall was that we had to pay for the mom of the bride to just go back into the room with us even though she wasn’t dancing + the instructor at times was very hard to hear because of the class going on next to us.

I am from out of state and decided to do a drop-in lyra class. I knew from the pictures that I would love the studio, but it's even better in person. Kristen is the owner and instructor and she was fantastic! Kristen really stresses form and technique, which is the safest way to gradually get stronger and better to avoid injury. Super fun and I highly recommend giving it a try whether you're new to aerial fitness or not!

Instructor Amber Wang was awesome! We did pole dancing lessons for a bachelorette party and I would definitely suggest it to others parties. Sooooo much fun!!

My group participated in the Southern Swagger Party (“short and sweet” version) and oh my gosh we had such a blast!! The cupcake and champagne after party was so much fun, too. This was perfect for a bachelorette party, but if (when) I go back to Nashville, I would definitely to do another class...bachelorette party or not. Highly recommended! Kristen was awesome!

We had such an amazing experience at Studio Goddess! From the time we walked in to the time we left, we were treated exceptionally well - like Queens! We chose to take the Pole Dance Fitness class and our instructor, Caty, was so kind and took the class at a pace we all could handle. After the class was over, we had some time to take photos and practice our own moves. The bride was then brought a small gift and everyone was provided champagne. Thank you Studio Goddess and Caty for a memorable experience !

Country swagger class taught by Kristen Nicole was a great time. She does a great job teaching while encouraging you to feel free to put your own spin on the dance routine. She also takes everything at the comfort level and pace that is best for the group. Being someone like myself with minimal coordination and flexibility and no dancing background is no problem. Our group felt comfortable to be ourselves while feeling like we learned something too. Definitely a great activity for a bachelorette party!

Excellent facility and equipment. The instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning techniques and building strength in Amber's class while Kristen focuses on performance, flow, and self awareness. The instructors do a great job focusing on individual needs and challenge you only as much as you are willing. The reason for 3 stars is that it's hard to be anything but extroverted here. I'm pretty shy and felt really embarrassed on 2 occasions which ended up convincing me to not return and lose around $30 of classes. I think Studio Goddess has found a great niche in Nashville and provides an empowering experience to women. My opinion is limited to my own experience and I've seen many happy customers, so I definitely would encourage anyone who's curious to try it out!

Kristen's studio is adorable.I’d recommend taking her pole class for an upbeat and enjoyable experience.Extremely patient.Pricing in Nashville can be insane when it comes down to being able to take lessons on a regular basis but the pricing here can’t be beat.Quality, definitely.And for that, I’m looking to make this my regular pole studio.She also went out of her way to make sure that I got the experience I was looking for.10/10 would recommend over anywhere else in the area.

I participated in a pole dancing class for a bachelorette party in March and had the best time! Our instructor was so helpful, patient, and supportive. Even though not everyone in our group was super comfortable at first (not their kind of dancing), by the end everyone had the best time. Would highly recommend.

I love Studio Goddess! I moved to Nashville and was looking for a fun, dance class to get back into my passion of dance. Then, on my birthday, I decided to take the leap and try out a pole class. I was super nervous at first, but Kristen, the owner, made me feel super comfortable. She walks you through every step, encourages you, and gives you helpful pointers to execute each move even better than before. Needless to say, I’ve been HOOKED since. The studio is super cute and has a bunch of decor where you can snap the perfect picture. I really recommend trying it out and coming to Studio Goddess.

I really enjoy the classes at Studio Goddess! I go to the gym sometimes but I get really bored with the same old routine. I like to go to Goddess once or twice a week to spice it up. My favorite classes are Booty Burn & Shake Your Abs! AcroFlow is a fun one too. I finally learned how to do a cartwheel! They do have pole classes there but it is the dance and aerobics classes that I love so much! Its playful yet tasteful. They teach you to shake your booty without having to go full out Miley Cyrus twerk. This is totally the place a mom or busy professional can feel comfortable, yet relax and have fun! Way more fun than step class!

We came 20 minutes early, and was told that we were too early when they said to come 15 minutes early.... sorry we are from out of town and wanted to make sure we were "on time". The teacher wasn't supposed to teach us, but was in picking up her sneakers so decided to stay and teach ((after we bought shirts)). She was unenthusiastic and annoyed that she was stuck with us.it made our time questionable and on Edge. She rushed us out and overall, we had an u pleasurable experience.
