Miss Fit is the best place in Nashville for all your aerial needs. When I started here 4 years ago, I was not the go to the gym, treadmill, weight lifting sort of girl. But I came here and immediately felt welcome and home for my exercise needs. Everyone from the staff to the students are nice and welcoming. I have brought many friends who have gone on to get their own memberships because they fell in love with not only the art of aerial life but the life in the studio itself. I highly recommend checking out Miss Fit especially if you are like me and not into the gym scene.

Miss Fit Academy is one of a kind! My two experiences have been nothing but amazing and leaving me wanting more. The staff is beyond talented and fun and makes everyone feel sexy and confident. The facility is very clean with a very vibrant yet poised atmosphere for any group celebration or just a fun night out w a couple of friends. Nothing but great feedback from my group and I and all of us are ready to go back!

Did a chair dance class for a bachelorette party and it was an absolute blast! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our instructor explained things very well and made it fun! I would definitely recommend Miss Fit Academy for something away from the norm for a bachelorette party, but also just for the classes! I've taken advantage of their new student special and enjoyed the pole class as well as the chair class. Very empowering!

We did the exotic chair dance class for my best friends bachelorette trip to Nashville. We had so much fun with Nadia our instructor. She knew how to teach us so that all of us would get he steps easliy. We also got to do a champagne toast after our class. Lots of fun and everyone in our group loved it!

My bachelorette group and I did a chair dance and table top dance with Miss Tricksee in early April. We had such a blast! It was such a nice and elegant facility with nice lighting and fans to keep us cool. The dances were fun and sexy and easy to learn for anyone at any skill level. We recorded our dances and have talked about it for weeks. We enjoyed champaign in the “VIP lounge” afterward! All you bachelorette parties heading to Nashville have to give it a go!

This was an overall first time experience with a group of ladies who came together for a bachelorette event. We arrived a few minutes late. The GPS routed us to a nearby area. The insturctor, Drea, was pretty cool with helping us get out of our element. She even allowed us to record the dance routine. We failed miserably and kept forgetting the dance moves so we freestyled half of the routine lol. The only thing that bothered me was one of my friends lost her phone. I called and asked if anyone ran across it and to just double check the areas we sat at. The lady did look, but she also mentioned she was headed to another job. My friend went back the next day to find the phone on the exact area I asked the lady to check. There were different people there who where unaware a phone had been lost. Other than that, we had a good time.

I came to Nashville to visit some friends. We found this studio and decided to do something different. I've seen these pole classes available before, but have never taken them. Wow!!! We opted for the class that incorporated both pole and chair dances. It was so much fun. The instructor was so upbeat and positive. She made sure to go around to each student and give pointers and encouragement. We had a great experience! The best part, it didn't feel like it was exercise!! But let me tell you, you feel it the next day... not bad, but definitely a full body work out. I can't wait to visit Urban Studios again! UPDATE!: I finally made my way back down to Nashville. I heard that the studio is now called Miss Fit Academy. I loved their new location and the rooms look amazing!! The atmosphere is still the fun, energetic workout as before. Miss Tricksee was fantastic! She knows her stuff. Definitely give this studio a call if you’re in the area! You will not be disappointed!!

My best friends surprised me with a private party for my birthday and our instructor was a badass. Sapphire guided us in such a way that gave us the confidence to do the routine she taught us which I haven't found from other studios I've taken classes from. The night was full of laughter and I highly recommend Miss Fit Academy.

The class was a little disappointing. Lobby and lounge were cute. Front desk representative was friendly. We did the burlesque strip tease class. Our instructor, Zee was kind, however, she wasn’t the most experienced dance instructor and confused our movements with her off beat counting. It was about 35 minutes, and we felt rushed out at the end so that she could leave. Overall, I wouldn’t visit again. Far too expensive for quality of the experience.

I am so happy with how much fun this was!! If you are considering a class, please go with Miss Fit Academy, request Miss Tricksee! My group took a class for our friends bachelorette party. I went into it thinking we would all be awkward, I left wishing I was closer so I could try more classes! All of the staff were really nice and ready to get you pumped up about being there. The building is nice, clean, and they have a bunch of places to take cute pictures. We also got to see Miss Tricksee do her thing - it was amazing.

Went to missfit academy for a group pole dancing class on my bachelorette party and had sooo much fun! We were all pretty nervous at first but Monique the freak made us all feel comfortable and was such a great instructor!! Highly recommend for bachelorette parties or bday parties for sure!

After driving by on my way home from work every day, my curiosity finally got the best of me and I decided to see what Miss Fit Academy was all about...and I'm so glad I did! They offer aerial silk and hoop and pole dance classes, as well as a variety of other AWESOME fitness classes you really won't find anywhere else (flexibility and balance or sexy floorplay, anyone?!). The instructors are super motivating and overflowing with enthusiasm and confidence, which has definitely rubbed off on me! I've stayed with my routine at MFA better than any other workout I've ever tried, and I feel better (physically AND with my self-confidence) than I have in a long time!

We had a miscommunication of bookings, as noted below in the reply from the company. They replied immediately since they were concerned with my initial review. I would hope that we had better communication but this seemed like a misunderstanding so I have updated my review. My biggest cons were that we literally stretched for 30 minutes. I can stretch myself at home or before the class. I understand that we needed to warm up but it was excessive. We had a good time and laughed at what we were doing, we got great pictures but my advice would be to confirm what you are looking for if you decide to book here.

We came for a Bachelorette party (naturally) and our instructor Ruby was amazing. She absolutely helped us out of our comfort zones, and we didn't feel any judgement. She encouraged us, but didn't push us too far. We had a blast dancing, the song choice was great, and we definitely recommend this experience for a workout and a good time.

This place is wonderful! The warmups/workouts are directed in an energetic, fun, sexy style. Every class teaches you awesome skills and new stretches. I love how supportive the staff is. The fellow class members aren't intimidating at all either like I thought it may be. They help you just as much as the instructors and everyone works together to improve. Such a beautiful environment. Would HIGHLY recommend for any level person.

We were a little late on booking our class(like the day before) but they accommodated us perfectly! Sapphire was our instructor, and she was phenomenal!!
