I would highly recommend this organization for any couple wanting lessons before their wedding. A professional worked with us and helped us through basics of a few dances before showing us all that was offered. From dance parties to group lessons this place has it all. Learning to dance has always been on my bucket list. Unfortunately, I had zero skill - picture someone having a seizure while doing the robot. I took a private lesson and then joined in on guest night. In just 2 hours, I had learned 4 dances and was having a wonderful time! My instructor made me feel comfortable and broke down everything into easily achievable parts. I left with the realization that I really can dance and promptly signed up for lessons. Not only is my instructor fantastic, but the whole environment is enjoyable. Everyone introduced themselves and made me welcome. I'm looking forward to many more lessons!

I have enjoyed my experience at Live2Dance. Eliana is a confident, pleasant and experienced dance instructor. She graciously passes her confidence onto her students. The other instructors are equally as pleasant and confident to interact with. I’ve enjoyed meeting each of them. I enjoy the group sessions and dance party afterwards. People at these events are down to earth and create a fun and relaxed experience. I would recommend this studio to those who are looking for an enjoyable, relaxed and fun dance experience. Somewhere that great people work and gather. Somewhere to learn from confident and talented instructors.

This studio is appalling. I paid a large sum for dance instruction and was treated horribly. I was taught incorrectly, and both ankles are so badly sprained I've been on crutches for over three months with no end in sight. Do they care to do right by the customer? No; they kicked me out of the club. Steer clear. There are worthy places to dance.

Had a really productive and enjoyable experience in the beginner’s class. We got exactly what we’d hoped to get: basic skills so we can enjoy ourselves on the dance floor without looking like idiots, learning new skills to keep our minds active and healthy, physical exercise and fun. I have been going to the Belle Meade dance studio location off and on since April 2018, and this program has not been anything less than spectacular. Every time that I have a lesson scheduled, I walk in there while the secretary, dance instructors, and directors have positive, well-mannered and professional personalities. Since being here, I have felt more physically fit and mentally sharp. My instructor takes our time slow to work on the details of every move in order for me to do it right. I get frustrated yes, but it’s worth the time and patience to do the sequences right and not clumsy. I love coming here, and I do not plan on quitting or transitioning elsewhere. I would encourage anyone to waltz in and give this studio a try before others if anyone were interested in ballroom dance. Thank you to the people of Belle Meade Dance Studio!

I had a very, very hard time deciding how to rate our experience at NDC. We had 5 private lessons and one group lesson. We had originally purchased a groupon for 2 private lessons in anticipation of our wedding. After the first lesson we were given a sales pitch to purchase a package. We decided the additional three lessons would be worth it and agreed for an additional nearly $300. At the end of our 5th class, we were AGAIN given a strong sales pitch to purchase yet another package. We felt like we were at a car dealership! The sales angle that they use at NDC is way too much. We loved our experience dancing, but the sales pitch at the end of our time left a very sour taste in my mouth. Be prepared for the upsell!!!

So we were invited by coworkers and the experience of dancing was great. Then the end happened. They pushed for us to pay in advance for future classes. I didn't take a purse and my husband's wallet was in the car. They kept pushing for a down payment. The looks if disgust caused me to cancel our next session and vow to never return. It's like a timeshare. You try it out for $15 they invite you back and pitch sales for $74 per class minimum of three classes. The class was only 30 minutes. No thanks.

If you want to learn to dance, this is the best place in town to do it. I've been a student at NDC for 5 years. The instructors are all friendly and very patient! They continuously train everyday to improve their dancing, so you know you're getting top quality instruction. The parties are a lot of fun (open bar, live band on Fridays). During the parties, there a lot of friendly students and teachers to dance with, and, unlike a club or bar (or sometimes other studios), everyone wants to be asked to dance! The teachers are really good about introducing new students around, no matter how shy you are. Definitely worth trying out!

I have spent years wanting to learn to ballroom dance and had made the decision to start doing things instead of just wanting to do things when a friend said they had just come back from their first lessen here. They took me as a guest that week and I have been with the studio for over three years. The staff is very friendly and kind as well as knowledgeable. If you want to try ballroom dancing or even if you want to just see what it is about I would highly recommend checking them out!

This was a really amazing dance studio. It looks really small from the front entrance, but the dance floor is really nice. They temperature inside is comfortable where some places struggle to cool off the dance floor as lots of dancing can lead to lots of sweating

I’ve been dancing at NDC Belle Meade for the last three years and would not think of taking lessons anywhere else! I’ve been dancing for over 5 years and my previous studio does not rank when compared to NDC Belle Meade. The professional certified instructors really care for students & work with students to develop and meet personalized dance goals. Weekly social events really help solidify dance skills, as well as, being great fun!!!

Never having had any formal dance training, I was welcomed from day one. All the instructors are excellent teachers and are very encouraging. They will also tell you when you mess up but they immediately work with you to correct it. If you've never danced and want to learn, this is a great place to go!
