The team at Living Yoga is awesome! They are friendly and welcoming! The space is warm and welcoming as well! I love how the instructors explain the poses and are concerned about making sure they are done correctly so as not to cause strain or injury. I always leave feeling way better than arriving! ❤️

Living Yoga is my happy, healing place. It is a nice, cozy studio and the instructors are AMAZING! There are several classes and times available, which makes it easy to fit in to my schedule. I enjoy one class and sometimes two classes a day. It is helping me to become active again. It also, provides relaxation, balance, breathing, strengthening and toning.

Best Yoga studio around! When I enter Living Yoga, I feel a sense of calm and friendship. Each instructor takes pride in their classes and there’s something for everyone here. I joined because I was in chronic pain and was struggling to find something that would help alleviate this pain. I was one-year post op of having had two hip surgeries and was in a car accident living with chronic pain. After my first class at Living Yoga, I was relieved of that pain. I was in awe! Living Yoga is the one thing that has worked for me. Even better, I can go to unlimited classes for an entire month and it’s cheaper than one session of physical therapy. I’m so happy I found Living Yoga!

Having yoga in my life is one of the best gifts I have ever given myself! Lori, along with the other instructors, is amazing! I attended baby and me yoga at Living Yoga and it was so much fun. Not only did I get to meet other moms, I was able to finally take a deep breath and relax. Which on a day to day basis I tend to forget to do. My little had so much fun looking at other babies. This was such a great event for us because I am a FTM and SAHM so my little doesn't really interact with other babies so it was very nice to get out and do just that.
