The Fred Astaire in Mount Pleasant has been a wonderful place to learn dance. The staff are always happy to see us and are cheerful in teaching new steps. Furthermore, we've always found support in dance opportunities such as trophy balls, showcases, or even simple group dance nights where we can really test out what we've learned. Shout out to Travis for being a great coach!

I have been a student at Fred Astaire Mt. Pleasant for 7 months now and it has literally changed my life! I am at the studio a minimum of 3 nights a week taking one of the group classes, private lessons, or attending the weekly dance parties. The staff and instructors are AWESOME! They truly care about each student's progress and will do whatever they can to help them reach their dancing goals! One of my favorite aspects of the Fred Astaire Dance Studio experience, that I was not expecting, are the friends you make. At the studio they refer to everyone as being a part of the FADS family, and that is exactly what it feels like! I highly recommend trying out the Intro. class on Wednesday nights and staying for the party afterwards! You won't regret it!

In February I will celebrate my three year anniversary of dancing with Travis Willert in the Mount Pleasant studio. It has changed my life. Of course the health benefits are great but I gained more that that. I leave the studio after every lesson with a clearer head and a happy heart. I have made great friends with the other dancers and professionals as well. My legs look pretty great too!
