Minot ATA is FANTASTIC. My 5 year old son, myself, and my husband are all enrolled in classes. It keeps us physically active, disciplined, and allows us to gain confidence all while having fun. The Gracie Jiu-Jitsu program is so great. Mr. Ward is knowledgeable and patient with each student.
