Bismarck ATA is a place where you have fun and learn self discipline. I am a Black Belt there and it has been an awesome 5 years there. I will continue to be in Bismarck ATA as long as I can. MR. Scheer and Mr. Powell are the best instructors you can have.

My son has been going since November and he absolutely loves it! He’s in the tigers program and he has learned so much. We first tried it out for some self defense and confidence with bullies at school. But it turned out to be so much more then that! Mr. Powell and Mr. Sherr are pretty good instructors, they do a great job teaching and keeping all the kiddos in line. Can’t wait to watch Brody doing tawkwondo in the many years to come!

My 5 year old granddaughter Dylan attends Bismarck ATA. At first I was hesitant and wondered why a (4 year old then) would need to start taekwondo. But the lessons and values that Mr. Powell teaches the kids are priceless. They learn dedication, persistence, honor, trust, loyalty, etc., all the characteristics that make a great leader. Thank you Mr. Erik Powell, for being a great teacher and example.

This has been such a fantastic program for our daughter. After just a few weeks we noticed a huge shift in her self confidence, listening skills, and willingness to help around the house. It has been a total gamechanger for her. I love taking her to class and love how Mr. Powell has parents participate in class by holding pads and boards for the kids to practice on. I can't recommend Bismarck ATA more highly! The instructors are great, the facility is very nice, and the program is awesome. If you're on the fence about enrolling, just do it!

I highly recommended Bismarck ATA. My 4 1/2 year old has been attending for almost 6 months and he absolutely loves it. He ask every morning if it is taekwondo day. The instructors are amazing and have taught him so much in such a short period. His behavior and his confidence in himself has drastically improved.

I go to ATA martial arts and it's a wonderful program. I have been in it since I moved back to Bismarck. It helps teach you leadership skills. The program is great for young and old. I highly recommend this program. It teaches great skills as well as self defense.

This has been an amazing experience for my son. His attitude is 180 difference since we started and his confidence has sky rocketed! He goes home and wants to show off what he learned and practices until he has the form correct. He practices his pledge at home and says it with such enthusiasm it’s just great to see! I really do think this is going to be something he sticks with, plus the fun themed nights are memorable as well! The structure is needed with the amount of kids but I really like how the two instructors help those kids that are struggling!
