Lucky for me, a friend recommended Dance with Me Soho when I was invited to a Dancing with the Stars style charity ballroom competition. I was planning to just learn, cram and move on. Instead, I fell in love. The staff at DWM are incredibly talented teachers, dancers, human beings. The second I step into the studio, the stress of the outside world disappears as the music begins. I've gone from a hopeful but timid beginner to competing for (and winning) trophies in multiple dance styles. I am teased for how much I smile there but I can't help it. Two years later, it's been life-changing. My body is stronger and more limber. My mind is more focused and yet relaxed. Recommended for casual and serious dancers who want a top level experience with the finest talent in NYC. My happy place!

My life hasn't been the same since I stepped foot inside this studio. From the welcoming staff, the excellent service and warm environment - they make it a memorable experience here. Management really goes above and beyond to make sure they provide the best service and you genuinely form bonds here with your teachers and fellow students. Ballroom dancing can seem intimidating at first, but anyone can dance... you just have to take the first step! :)

I found Dance With Me SoHo when I moved to the city a few months ago, and have had the BEST experience. From the recpectionists to the teachers to the managers everyone in the studio really cares and takes the time to meet my individual needs and goals. Everyone has been so helpful and they have truly become a second family. They give very personal attention and work with any skill level to whatever your goals are! I look forward coming to my lessons and the studio parties every week! They offer tons of performance opportunities of all kinds as well!

Creme de la creme! Dancing is such a fantastic skill because while practicing it, it really really allows you to understand something new everyday. Also, I would say calling yourself a dancer is one of the coolest things anyone can enjoy in life. So, not only do you get to learn an amazing art form, but you get to do it surrounded by people that support you every step of the way!! While lookong thru my facebook page, one day I came across this ad for a dance studio owned by some of the professionals from DWTS. How could I not inquire, since I LOVE that show. So i did and immediately i was intrigued to think "why not". Soooo i called and emailed I was torn between going to the studio in midtown or the one in Soho..... but Soho immediately contacted me back and I immediately clicked with the receptionist. So much so that I was booked for that very week. It was totally fate because I went, had my lesson and fell in love, Fell in love with dancing, with my teacher with the smile that I could not let go of. So here I am, about 3 months later and NO, i will never ever stop my lessons, never stop going. The more I go, the more I fall in love with each and every teacher and student, because eventually you start to become a family. Everyone is so super nice and talented and patient and lovely. I cant say enough about this place. I Love, Love, Love Dance with Me Soho.....

While visiting a dear friend who takes lessons at this studio, she treated my daughter and I to a lesson with Steve. This man is the most incredible teacher. I taught school for 30 years and never reached a child as quickly as he reached my daughter and I. Within minutes he had us really believing we could be dancers. Such a positive, happy, supportive attitude! We learned dances and could actually put our steps to the music. I was amazed! It was just so much fun. Everyone at the studio was wonderful! Steve a wonderful teacher. Milos helped out and Katie was so nice and supportive. Loved the sweet girls at the front office!! I totally understand how my friend became so enamored with this studio and the world of dance. I cannot recommend a place more highly!!! 10 ⭐️s to you!! Thank you so much!

I've had a great experience at Dance With Me. Very nice location and staff. Instructors strike the right balance between involved and hands-off during couples lessons, allowing my girlfriend and I to dance with each other. Highly recommended!

I knew nothing going in and i still feel a little clueless at times, but they know how to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and challenge you while allowing you to go at your own pace. i wouldn't quite call myself a dancer yet, but i feel a lot more confident when i hit the dance floor now than i ever have. thank you soho!
