This studio is the first of its kind in New York City! I have rehearsed and taken classes here. The teachers are of a high quality and very knowledgeable of their craft! It is also a safe space for dancers of all walks of life, as well as people who have interest in dance!!!! The owner Angel Kaba is an incredibly beautiful person from the inside out. Angel makes sure the experience at the studio is comforting and you get something out of it more than steps!

Dance in Tribeca is perhaps the best studio that I have danced at in NYC. They have a variety of classes with a diverse and friendly staff. Their inclusive teaching method levels every dancer/student regardless of experience making it easier and comfortable to learn the steps while truly expressing themselves. For instance my training is in traditional West African dance but when taking the Contemporary Fusion class I barely remember my lack of training in that genre. Their rental rates are also amazing hence I book my rehearsals and private sessions with them all the time.
