Patricia Dickinson Wells is dedicated to the art and teaching. The teaching staff are excellent with the students. The students love coming and being a part of this environment, they are encouraged in a healthy atmosphere. Productions by Festival Ballet show the innovation and talent in New Mexico.

Patricia Dickinson Wells, owner of Dance Theatre of the Southwest, has been my teacher and mentor since 2006 when I first started dancing professionally. Her new location has three different yet spacious studios. Each studio has wonderful flooring, large mirrors, and enough space for a good number of dancers. The teachers and the teaching artists that she brings in are amazing. Her classes are always amazing. I wouldn’t be anywhere else. Do try a class and check it out. Bravo!!!

I love this school. The teachers are amazing, they all want the best for their students and try their best to give it to us. I haven't had a teacher there who hasn't motivated me, and I'm so glad to be part of this dance studio, along with Festival Ballet Albuquerque
