Super nice environment. I've only been one time here and the teacher was great. I absolutely loved the space for practice. However, there was the smell of febreeze or something like that which really turned me off. Then the teacher also sprayed essential oil everywhere (she did ask if we didn't want it sprayed on us -and she didn't spray it on me), but it was just very overwhelming. I was really hoping to make this my new yoga home since it's so close to where I just moved from out of town, but I'm super sensitive to smell and it was just too much.

Loved Holy Hot Yoga with Christine. I've been practicing yoga for many years. Combining prayer, Bible Verses, and yoga stretches makes this my fav yoga class now. When I get back home I'm going to search for a place that has holy hot yoga too. Everyone in Abq is bless to have this class here:

Went to the 4:15 class last Friday ! Love the instructor Lynnette. It was an amazing well rounded class, and amazed on how she instructed using anatomy and proper alignment .And I love how she turned the lights off toward the end, and reminded us to focus within, really helped me come to my breath. hope she teaches this class more often during the week. She is awesome!

Yoga has given me a completely new perspective on my body and my life. For years I struggled through yoga classes, trying to find what worked for me and after finding Connie's class my practice had completely come together. Connie is truly a unique yoga instructor, she focuses on building a relationship with your body, taking away from the harsh conditioning of most workouts, and approaching harmony between body and mind. In addition to being an amazing guide, she is also a wonderful person throughout and her energy fills the entire building with positivity and acceptance for all yogi levels. Connie's flow is what get's me through the week. I love how she teaches and it's that consistency that has helped me advance my practice.
