This place isn't able to provide good customer service, just bickering. Bickering about goofy, nonsensical stuff like the name I use on my Gmail account ... Sigh. Instead of simply apologizing and trying to rectify any reviews, this said 'owner' rather bash and be disrespectful. 'Owner' is right, not customers. The old adage of the "customer is always right" doesn't apply here.
Looks like this place finally cares to do something about their reputation, however trying to get defensive isn't going to help. Be humble and acknowledge your faults, then fix them. There is a reason why you have so many negative reviews.
Also, just because one of email accounts is using "L L" as the name doesn't mean I'm less of a person and deserve a stupid response as if I'm a bot. It would be pointless to explain to someone like you why people have multiple email accounts, or even enjoy using their initials. Google doesn't have a problem with this, why do you? Trying to insinuate that I'm trying to be anonymous is ridiculously immature. In my emails, I left my full name and phone number. Yes, MULTIPLE EMAILS. I EVEN CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE all to get no response. (Note, my original review is many months old and the 'owner' is just getting to it.) I should've included that in my original review but because it's 2018 and EVERYONE uses email. It's the content of the email, silly, not the name. You're passing responsibility and you know it. If you don't know this, find a different occupation!
Your problem is clear,
YOU DO NOT VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS NOR POTENTIAL ONES.
Aside from this important fact, why are you up at midnight responding to reviews, weirdo? Get some sleep and maybe you'd be nicer to others. I'm sure you're going to be hard at work trying to repair this so good luck because in this day in age, we'll shut you down if you keep being disrespectful. Social media is a powerful tool.
After this 'owner' left replies to EVERY negative review and every reply was sarcastic, rude, and had ZERO picture of good customer service, it's clear to me that I will never take my children here; this makes me question how the children are being treated if this 'owner' could be so disrespectful online. I will also be letting all of my friends and family know not to patronize this place. WHAT KIND OF AN ADULT TALKS LIKE THIS TO OTHERS???
Don't worry 'owner', I'm a quick writer, this only took me 5 minutes to bang out. It's a skill I learned while working in Law Enforcement. I would give you my number, but you already had it and chose not to do anything with it. Go ahead and do an about face or continue your ridiculous path of most resistance but we will not be silenced or bullied!
