I absolutely love it here. I could not recommend New Perspectives more, and would encourage everyone to try a class (I’m currently taking pole). If you have any fears or doubts at all, I can say with absolute certainty that you’ll leave feeling amazing and want to come back. That is, until the next day when your muscles are a little sore… it’s such a great workout! I have zero upper body strength but don’t even realize I’m working out because it’s so much fun. My instructor, Heather, is very welcoming and teaches at the perfect pace. I was nervous to try my first class, but the environment is so kind and inspiring that the time just flies by. Loving this new hobby <3
