I've been a dancer of Sue White for many years. It is my honor to be apart of her dance family. Her studio does more than just teach dance. As a dancer you learn how to respect, love, appreciate and uplift the community around you.
Ms.Sue makes it a point to bring her dancers into the community and teach us how to be polite too all and extend our help to everyone in need.
When we go to competitions it is Ms.Sue's rule that every dancer tells a dancer from a competiting studio - that they've done a great job and explain why they inspired us to be better dancers.
Being a part of our dance family means you always have shoulders to lean on. We are not just dancers. We are a source of inspiration and love for everyone who walks through our doors.
Ms.Sue personally gets to know all of her dancers and always goes above and beyond if any of us need her. She never says no when we need to talk.
When it comes to dance, safety is the highest priority of Sue White. She enforces the dress code to ensure every dancers body is moving in the correct way to do her best to prevent all injury. She takes time out for extra practice with any dancer she sees is working as hard as they can.
Most importantly though - Ms.Sue is always proud of her dancers. Even if we make a mistake, as long as we try our best - Ms.Sue will be there to hug us and tell us we've done a wonderful job.
I am honored to be a student of Sue White. I am honored to be a part of the Diamond Dance Academy.
If you have anyone in your life who is considering dance - please consider bringing them to Diamond Dance Academy! ❤️
