Vanna Kong is one of the best instructors at Arthur Murray, she is patient, kind, takes the time to get to know you as a person.. Gears your training program around your abilities. She has been my instructors for over a year, and I have learned so much, from Swing, to Watlz to Tango. The entire staff of Arthur Murray is top notch, from Daisy and Laura, to Vanna, Manoela, Ray, Sidney, Adam and Justin. So if your interested in Learning to Dance, whether it be to become a professional, share a special dance at a wedding event, or just to teach an old dog new tricks, Arthur Murray is the place I highly recommend.

Learning to dance with the Arthur Murray crew is one of the most liberating and self-fulfilling experiences I have had. Not only am I learning that I actually have rhythm, I am experiencing a new feeling of accomplishment. And the best part, it's so much fun! Vanna, my teacher, always makes my lessons so exciting and she has wonderful patience with me. I definitely recommend her or any of the other teachers.

Whether you have little or no dance experience and just want to be able to carry yourself on a social dance floor, are looking to have fun and get some exercise you can stick to, maybe are getting married or having a quinceañera and want your first dance to look special, or want to be a serious ballroom or Latin dance competitor, I strongly recommend you check out Arthur Murray. The first two applied to me. I had very little background and was nervous about going to a professional dance studio and not knowing what to expect or what they might expect of me. But I quickly found out that this place has something for nearly everyone and will try to accommodate whatever your goals may be. The instructors and staff are diverse in their backgrounds and they are extremely talented, they genuinely care about their students, and best of all they are SO MUCH FUN! They always do their best to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I found out Arthur Murray Dance Studios has been around for over 105 years so the curriculum is proven; they know how to break down dance steps and technique in a way you can understand. Besides private lessons, there are daily group classes and also regular practice parties where students can dance with staff and each other. I've been taking lessons for years now because I love it so much. My health has improved and I lost a lot of weight and have seen this in students around me, and I have met so many wonderful people. I had no idea how fun and rewarding dancing could be.

We walked into Arthur Murray really nervous and unsure of our dance abilities. We had a gift certificate and figured we would complete those classes and be done. The staff at Arthur Murray was so welcoming and supportive that we ended up purchasing more classes. We were lucky to be given Manoela as an instructor. She is incredibly patient and encouraging, explaining steps again (and again, and again)until we feel comfortable with them. Manoela always has a smile on her face and you can tell that she loves what she does. We may stumbled our way in, but we will be dancing our way out.

The teachers at the Henderson location are amazing. My grandkids love this place. They not only teach Ballroom but Hip Hop as well. My 6 year old granddaughter can't wait to take what she's learned to one day be on America's Got Talent. My 11 year old grandson loves learning new things and is her greatest supporter so that she'll have a dance partner subm if there is quite a bright difference. They are totally worth the money (grandkids and this studio). They did the trial two week lessons during the Christmas holiday, then signed up for the six week session at the beginning of this year and have now signed up for the second six week session. I would highly encourage everyone to at least try it.

This is a wonderful little place if you're serious about getting into competitive dance or if you're like me, and just want to be comfortable on the dance floor. Everyone, from the teachers to your fellow students, are incredibly supportive. This is important because confidence helps you show up the next time and more practice helps you get better quicker. The studio is very comfortable and family friendly. They have weekly "parties" where you can practice what you learned -- At the parties, people of all levels are dancing... and dancing with others of various levels. They offer group classes and private lessons. Definitely, Give it a try. It may be the best thing you ever do for yourself!

Dancing at Arthur Murray for two years now, the staff provides exemplary customer service making me feel welcome every time I arrive. The instructors are always willing to help and never make you feel inadequate on the dance floor. My instructor, Diane has a gift allowing me and all of her students to feel special. If you worry about how you look on the dance floor, not to worry; two years ago I had two left feet. It took some time and I finally found my right one. I attended Arthur Murray Dance Studio for a couple of month recently in preparation for an upcoming event in my life. Dancing was out of my "comfort zone" but the staff and instructors helped me gain confidence. I found the instructors and staff to friendly, well qualified and easy to work with. Everyone always treated me like family and I felt welcome each and every time that I attended a private or group lesson. I learned a lot of new dances and, most of all, I built up my confidence for future social events that may include dancing. I won't name specific people but they were all great to me. I've been taking classes at Arthur Murray for two years now and I have to say that this studio has some of the most amazing instructors. They are not only brilliantly trained and skilled, but offer a positive, nurturing learning environment.They will make you feel comfortable and at easy as soon as you walk in, even if you never danced before. What I love the most is that they have group classes every night to give you the opportunity to practice what you are learning with your instructor. They also provide two practice parties a week which are a lot of fun. The instructors are very good at going around and asking everyone to dance plus you will have the opportunity to dance with others students, which give you the opportunity to practice what you are learning with different people, like what you would do in a social dance environment.
