Zero stars. Horrible customer service!! Manager does not care about anything besides money. Asked several times to cancel and was told sure, no problem. Never told I needed to come fill out a form until today, a very long time after those conversations. Do not give these people your money or business. I'll be contacting corporate and the BBB.

Have been coming to this gym for 4 years and have had an amazing experience. The staff’s knowledge and expertise is incredible. I came here with minimal experience in fitness and have made so much progress with their guidance. The environment is welcoming and family friendly. They truly care about their members and it shows. I had struggles in balancing my schedule while in school and they provided me great customer service and allowed me to pause my membership for a few months without any struggle. I would recommend this gym to everyone!

Worst gym ever from customer service standpoint!! New manager Andrew is rude and doesn't understand the customer experience end of the business. I'm not sure if he knows what "customer service" means. I would not recommend this gym and would look elsewhere. There are plenty of other gyms for this price point, especially for what they have to offer.

I was happy at the beginning as I brought my son there for kickboxing. However when I tried to cancel the manager proceeded to tell me that I was a bad parent and that he knows what is better for my son. Then was told that I was putting my ego before my child. While they will get the money legally obligated to them, they have lost my business.

This facility is amazing!!! Huge fitness/HIIT area, 20 punching bags for kickboxing/boxing. The mat room is great with over 1000 square feet of mats and wall mats, where the kids classes, Women's Self-Defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu takes place. The staff really cares and are incredibly knowledgeable and certified.

I have been member of this UFC Gym since the day they opened and being a member has changed my life! The staff are welcoming, encouraging, and down-to-earth. I had no idea how to Box or Kickbox and they guided me each class. You don't have to know what you're doing rather you just have to Show Up and I am soo glad I did that first day!Jeanene J

While the trainers are ok, the cost is outrageous for what is offered. The kid's class times offered are not very compatible if you have a job. And if you're cancelling be prepared for the worst customer service you can imagine! I didn't get to utilize the membership often because I wanted to go when my son could take classes at the same time and that was almost impossible. So I decided to put my account on hold for 3 months on 12/23/18, prior to my due date. The gym still attempted to charge me but it went unpaid. I called and explained that I was not supposed to be charged for December, January or February and was met with very rude customer service from a staff member telling me if I don't pay it's just going to "rack up late fees and go on my credit". At that point I asked how to cancel because I really can't use it often and I didn't care for how this satff member spoke to me. I was told to put into writing that I would like to cancel my membership and mail it in or come by. I mailed my letter in January cancelling my account and after cancelling, was charged twice for my membership and my son's in January. I let this go knowing there is a 30 day cancellation policy. It is now February I have now been charged again this month for both memberships that I do not want. I have called and written, as instructed by a member of your company. When speaking with a trainer named Taylor, I was informed that they in fact did have my freeze request as well as my cancellation letter but "looks like it wasn't entered into the computer by a manager" and that "I'm sorry, this isn't the first time I've gotten a call like this, it happens a lot." Followed by that I spoke with their "assistant manager" Stephen Wyatt who also stated that he had my cancellation letter but that "It could be from anyone" (Even though it has my signature, my return address ect) and since it wasn't a certified letter (which I was never told I needed) he will continue charging me. When I stated that I have already disputed this with my bank and the card is now cancelled he also threatened to let bills stack against me and ruin my credit. Even though he has both the freeze request and cancellation letter. Unbeliveable. Since this is an owned franchise the corporate office cannot do much but told me to email the owner and copy their corporate email. The owner had Stephen call me back saying I can "come in and cancel now" No, you have my cancellation from I will not sign another thing. I stated to respond to me in writing, which has yet to happen.

Great place! All of the classes they have are great for all fitness levels. My favorite is DUT and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I highly recommend it!

I went in and signed up on Wednesday afternoon so two days ago with AJ which is the manager. He showed me around the gym gave a rundown on a typical workout and then we went and discussed the money, contract and gear. I asked specific questions about the cancellation policy and notices needed to do so if I couldn't physically complete the workout/routines. He assured me that it was possible and wouldn't be an issue. So I signed myself and my spouse up. He said I had to purchase gear in order to participate. I went in today and had my first class, made it through and realized that this was not something I could physically do because I have some knee issues and this gym is really meant for an already physically fit person (DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU) they promote it as beginner to advanced, not true! So after the class I asked to refund the gloves which have never been open or used because I just signed up on Tuesday and I was told no that they would have to take away the promotion that they offered me and that I could cancel but I would still have to pay the January membership of $178..... So I go home and think about this disaster, read my contract and contrary to what AJ told me while in the gym after my first class today you can cancel within 3 days of signing up for the membership. So I call him back and he is like oh well yes you can. Amazing how it became a different story. So we take the cancellation letter in with our receipt for the 2 sets of unopened and unused gloves that I just picked up Tuesday and he will not refund my money back!! If this is not the biggest scam that I have ever encountered. So basically I paid $174 for one class that waa not a boxing class. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. Save your money and your time!!

WARNING. Worst experience with a company, period. The trainers do a great job but the owner is only concerned with money. Owner showed NO sympathy for me when I needed to cancel my membership and payments due to finacial struggle. Owner, Tom Butler, compared the "contract" I signed for the GYM, to my rental lease for my HOME. Even told me to get a lawyer, like dang im already trying to pay my bills, you think I can get a lawyer right now? Really. I had been wanting to cancel since august 2017. I waited out my year (that I shouldn't even of had too wait out). I go to cancel, and he really told me I have to have it in writing 30 days ahead of time, and get a lawyer because thats policy. Really. Sad. I been needing to cancel for months! And honestly my old rental lease was very flexable with tenates when things come up. We are people, humans, things come up, money problems happen. Back dating papers is a thing for a reason. Never had an experience like this and its just sad, hope nobody else falls in the trap. The only way to cancel your $75/month membership is to pay for the rest of your year membership up front. I have heard of a cancellation fee but that just aint right. Why would I cancel if I still have to pay the same amount except now I have to pay all up front and not get to use the gym? Makes no sense. When you wait and try to cancel at the end of your membership agreement, you will be forced to pay for atleast one more month, according to their "policy". And they charge u extra through out your membership for annual fees. Well how am I paying an annual fee when I have not even been there for a year yet? I am strongly against businesses that make money this way. A good business doesn't have to force people to pay for things, they have a good service/product and good customer service, so that people will willing pay for it. #wrongiswrong

The most important part of a gym is its staff. Everyone that works at this place has experience in their craft, and are certified to do what they do. I'm surprised that a gym that offers boxing/kickboxing, BJJ, and a fully functioning gym works so well. The wide variety of classes they offer will keep you from getting bored for sure.

All of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and great people. My son wrestles, and the kid's Jui-Jitsu class helped him considerably in the off season to become a better wrestler. Coach Craig went out of his way to work with my son to help him prepare for the 2016 MO state wrestling tournament, which he wound up placing 1st in his age group. I recommend this gym to everyone, especially people with kids. Their kids classes are outstanding.

UFC has been amazing! They offer a first class free, which is how I got started, so you can see if it’s for you. I normally go to Coach Sam’s classes. She challenges you individually without making you go past your limit. She offers modifications or even more advanced options of a work out move depending on your level. Ive only had great experiences here and highly recommend.

I have been going here for about 7 months now. It is a very fun place with such nice people. When I first walked in, I thought it would be intimidating (wasn't really into UFC or anything like that) but took a class there, fell in love, and here I am now! You learn so much and is a family friendly environment. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect mix of functional fitness and knowledge of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and BJJ. Knowledgeable coaches keep the classes interesting while getting the most out of you. If motivation, scheduled times to train and positive reinforcement help you achieve your goals, then this gym is your new home. The variety of classes, cleanliness, friendly staff and the added bonus free weight area are just a fraction of what make the membership prices more than reasonable compared to what you will pay at other facilities that do not offer anything close to what the UFC gym can give you. And if you’re still skeptical, the first class is free! So I urge everyone to ATLEAST give it an honest try.
