This place is simply amazing. Ms. Epic is everything you want in an instructor plus more! She not only takes her time with teaching you step by step but she also encourages you while doing it. The vibe of the facility definitely boosts your confidence & eagerness to learn as well. I love it & definitely will become a regular there! Highly recommended!

My girls and I came to the studio for a bachelorette party. The studio lived up to its name because we had an Epic time. Chocolate, the pole dance instructor, was fun and professional. I definitely will be coming back.

My maid of honor surprised me with a visit to Epic Dance & Fitness this past weekend prior to my bachelorette party later in the night. The pole dancing experience myself and my bridesmaids/friends encountered was amazing! We had so much fun! The dance instructor was patient with us, all out fun and an amazing dancer might I add!! My girls and I will definitely visit this studio again. My bachelorette experience was EPIC! I highly recommend this business!

I absolutely LOVE everything about this studio, the energy, the staff, the decor, the variety of classes. The instructors are extremely personal and they help motivate you to get results. I definitely recommend everyone try this studio out, it's a way different experience from anything else. Don't second guess, try it out!!!

We had a girls night out big 50 birthday party .. Epic is exactly what it was .. so much fun.. we laughed so hard .. Ms Coco was awesome and very patient with our lack of skills ... I highly recommend them for parties and look forward to starting my fitness classes so I can actually learn to use the pole ... great experience

Judgement free environment. This is a great studio hands down! Especially if the regular gym bore you extremely fast. They have a variety of classes that will help you reach your goal whether it’s weight loss, toning, strength training, flexibility or embracing body confidence.

This Place is a hidden gem!!! I've found it and now I can't stay away. They have all type of classes such as Pole, Aerial Sliks, Trx, Kangaroo jump, interval training session and much more. They got something for the entire family to do. My favorite one stop fitness shop!!

Some friends and I went to a class for a girls night out. The studio was absolutely beautiful and the people were so nice and welcoming. The class was beginner friendly and the instructor was fun! After the class was over, the owner and a few other instructors introduced themselves and gave samples of their classes. That was amazing for them to showcase the classes. We all had a blast and can’t wait to visit again!
