Our daughter has been going to two classes now at Jam Jops and has had wonderful teacher that take time with the toddlers. She enjoys each week, her friends and the different equipment offered for all muscle growth.

My daughter has attended here since December 2016. After 18 months and over $3k spent, the coaches care more about their appearance, checking their phones and chatting. I don't expect my daughter to be the next Olympic gold medalist, however, after the amount of time and money given to these people, I'd expect her to be able to do a cartwheel correctly. But no. It took my sister 10 minutes and my daughter had her cartwheels perfected. That was a huge slap in the face!! The front staff is consistently rude. I don't even check my daughter in, just to avoid the judgemental front desk 'customer service representatives.' And the other parents here. My gosh, would it kill them to watch their own children instead of having them run around disrupting others?! I'm constantly being stepped on because they can't even mutter an 'excuse me' to get by. Their 'Spring Show' is an overpriced joke! You pay $150+ a month for classes, then they make you pay $35 for your child to participate in a halfassed, childish show, showing absolutely no talent!! Very disappointed in this year's show, as I was last years as well. I am looking into other gymnastic places as I've had enough of the rude, unprofessional experiences I have had here! I would NEVER recommend anyone coming to this 'gym!!'

This place is incredible. Needless to stay they teach top notch gymnastics, ninja zone, cheerleading and dance but they truly care about people and more importantly, the success of children. Their mission statement is "to help children become life champions" because let's be honest...sport is far more than winning. They have life skills each month that teach integrity, honesty, hard work, and so on. Jeff Riley the building maintenance is not only a carpenter and mechanic, but a true artist. Debbie who manages the operations and front end staff is one of the only people I've met in customer service that cares above EVERY person she comes across. She hired a great team of people to make you feel very welcome as you walk into their state of the art facility. Nancy who handles birthdays is second to none with her attention to detail and making sure birthdays and information are flawless. The lead gymnastics coach Jeanna will make sure your child is safe, challenged, and having fun. Her team of coaches are one of the reasons this gym will give your athlete an incredible experience. Theire competitive team continually wins awards and is a great starting platform for post high school gymnastics. Lastly, Brenda the owner might be the most hospitable, nice, and selfless person I have ever met. Truly honored to have met her because there is no way you would know she is the owner elsewise (unless you looked up 2018 small business owner of the year on the web) Any kid/person who enters this facility is bettering their chances to be happy and successful.

We celebrated our son (6) and daughters (4) Birthday party here. Kids had fun and enjoyed the experience whole-heartedly. From a parents point of view the “party” area for kids to eat and open presents was very cramped and they had too many parties going on at the same time. The overlap with other groups was weird and they had at least 2-3 other parties going at the same time.

It is very sad that management is only in it for the money, by no means is my daughter perfect, she has disability, and she is not always going to understand what is expected of her, so instead the teacher man handle my child because she wasn't listening by dragging her across the preschool gym. Got demoted to baby class way to many kids in class, very little teacher interaction tried to work and talk with management, they do not seem to care, you are better off going to open gym than taking a class especially if your child has any disability

Awesome place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and organized. Every week coach Cassie has fun activities for the kids. It’s definitely a positive and engaging place to bring kiddos! The only reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars is because I wish it was a little cheaper. Otherwise we love it!

I have never had a bad experience with a single coach or any of the ladies at the desk where you check in. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. My kids are young, so they aren't in any competitive classes, but the coaches all seem to be very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure my kids succeed. I highly recommend this company for gymnastics and dance!

A good place to get your child involved... Our family and friends have been members of Jam Hops for a couple months now. There are classes ranging from toddler to teens and both boys and girls attend, so yes your child will be able to find something. Most of the facilities is reserved to the massive gymnasium, but there are small classrooms where small groups attend. The place is available for birthday parties for your little one. Overall the place is nicely maintained and the staff is super friendly. My biggest complaint is that the classes are too big sometimes and there isn’t match seating for parents.

My 2-yr-old son LOVES Jam Hops. We've been going to their preschool open gym every Friday for over 4 months now. We also had his birthday party there - it was perfect! They have a wonderful staff and made the party so easy, and fun for everyone of all ages.

I have had 2 of my boys in their recreational programs for over 2 years, and they have enjoyed every minute of it. I also used to coach at the gym, and it was once of the best places I have coached at. I recommend Jam Hops to everyone who is looking for a place to take their children to start gymnastics!

My son started at Jam Hops in the preschool program and absolutely loved it. I then decided to put all 3 of my kids in the Camptastic program and started to have a major love for gymnastics. My 2 girls now do gymnastics and my son does the ninja and they all 3 love it! The staff is amazing. The coaches are great! My kids get so excited about going every week and beg to go to Camptastic when there is no school! We are definitely a Jam Hops family!

It has a multiple facilities for all sorts of recreation. A large cutting edge facility for gymnastics. A preschool. This is one of the best places in the state to start a young athlete. With a new facility coming soon, they will be a competitive force in career gymnastics. We will see their athletes compete on an olympic level in the years to come. The coordinator "Gigi" is extremely professional and serious about her job. But she also has a mothers touch which makes raising young athletes easy.

lots of options. Better and cheaper than baby-sitting. Staff seems well and good. They want to use the bounce house stuff more and this is not always open. But the prices, and times offered are great. Also good if they go with friends (our daughter is shy).

We had our daughter's birthday party at this location. The staff were AMAZING at enforcing rules to keep the kids safe, teaching them how to properly use the equipment, and also, just really good with making the party fun! I would definitely recommend for birthday parties! Planning with the office was quick and easy too!

This place gets BUSY. I'm constantly impressed how the staff and athletes are able to coordinate so many bodies in the space, avoid collisions and keep the din to a hardly noticeable rumble. The coaches are focused, competent and--for my young kids--patient and kind.

If you want the best, go here. Jam Hops dominates meet after meet, statewide, both JO and Xcel. My daughter has been going here for several years and has become a leader, more confident, and all around better person because of it. They teach social skills, maturity and how to be an all around champion in life. Watch how these girls behave differently than girls from the other gyms at the meets. They act like a team with class, not self centered individuals, and they always look out for each other. This is a fantastic place to be a part of.

I have hosted two birthday parties at Jam Hops and both have been superior experiences. The front desk staff is very friendly and the coaches who help supervise the kids have been outstanding. If you're looking for a fun and friendly place for your child's birthday party, I highly recommend Jam Hops! The kids have a blast!

We've been taking our daughter here for a few years now. The staff is amazingly helpful, always warm and make the kids feel like they are important. I can't think of any bad experiences we've had either. I do know that my daughter didn't enjoy cheerleading and it had nothing to do with the instructor. It just wasn't her thing. I like that the kids can join a few different types of activities without a major commitment if they don't like them. It's great for the kids to experience and decide on their own. I know with a different place, we had the issue of paying for a full season and we stopped participating early on since she didn't enjoy it. So the way things are set up here is a huge benefit. Open gym, movie nights, etc are a godsend to parents who want some time to themselves. They also have options when school is out and we still have to work to be able to bring them in (although it's gotten popular so you really have to schedule in advance now). Anyways, I highly recommend this location at for parents with kids that are looking to try new things or stay active. I do believe they have more competitive options for those with freer schedules as well. You'd have to verify though since we aren't participating in those particular aspects.

I was a gymnast here for 11 years and now my daughter does gymnastics here! The coaching staff is wonderful - the structure is awesome - Kennedy loves her class and has already learned not only gymnastics skills but also listening skills, taking her turn, and other great life skills. I would highly recommend Jam Hops to anyone looking to get their kid started in a fun, active, motivating program.
