A much needed Indian dance academy in Maryland. They teach Garba, Kathak, Bharatnatyam and even Zumba. Classes are provided for different age groups and well planned. It’s been a year since I joined Yuva but I cannot thank enough for opportunity they provided me for Garba competition. It’s a kid-friendly and family friendly Institute with excellent teachers Miral, Hana, Kaladhar, Archana are all experts in theirs fields and it’s always nice interacting with them. Very professional and I highly recommend them!

I worked as an instructor with YUVA for around a year and was a part of the marketing team, as well. The instructor crew is extremely patient and passionate about ensuring the kids' learning. Each instructor, though being well versed in all the forms, also have strong backgrounds in specific dance forms - House, Bollywood, Garba, Bhangra, Folk, Classical, etc. This is also beneficial for the students' all round dance development as they learn the technicalities and intricacies associated with each dance form. However, my favorite aspect of this institute is how they encourage everybody to grow and compete with themselves - not just students but also instructors. Timely Zumba Certification add - ons and renewals, numerous workshops with big industry choreographers like Harihar Dash, Sandip Soparkar and Dharmesh Sir are held seasonally. Plus, they put on a brilliant Recital annually that showcases all the students and helps them build a professional dance portfolio. YUVA is one of the best Dance Schools around Maryland and I will always be proud of having been a part of it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a passion for dance and wants to get better!

Unprofessional Institute! Naive instructors hardly know any of bollywood dancing teaching kids. Lot of unprofessional instructors - please avoid!!

Hands down!,The best Bollywood dance academy in Ellicott city..My daughter has been coming to yuva dance academy from a year and she has improved tremendously,this coming from a mother who has tried few more dance studios around..The Instructors are highly supportive and works a lot on students starting from their posture to synchronization.I myself attend Zumba Fitness at yuva,A must try for those who haven’t tried!! My Son Srivatsa has been learning at yuva dance academy ever since the academy is started. Srivatsa is learning Bharathanatyam and Bollywood. He is improving a lot. The workshops presented at Yuva have helped him get an opportunity to learn / get exposed to different dance forms from the Guru's in the field such as Sandeep Soparikar, Hari Har Dash and recently Dharmesh Sri.
