I have been taking lessons at That’s Dancing Ballroom for four years. I have found that everyone there, from the teachers to your fellow students, are genuinely interested in helping you to become the best dancer you can be. Whether you choose group or private lessons you will not be disappointed with the quality of instruction. I can truly say that the people I have met at the studio have become very good friends, folks I really enjoy spending time with. The challenge of learning new ballroom dance steps is a great way to exercise both mind and body. And, did I mention .... it’s great fun!

I have been coming to this studio for dance lessons and dance parties for over 10 years! It is great. The studio owner, Carlos Pabon, is a wonderful host and the other dance instructors--Jackie, Christina, and Rebecca--are wonderful teachers. One of the best features is that That's Dancing is a small, intimate dance studio. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming--not only staff, but also other students. I have made many great friends here over the years. Dancing is a wonderful activity. Good exercise that is also fun! I know plenty of folks who have come for wedding dance lessons who end up staying for more lessons and dance fun afterwards. My wife and I came just for something to do as empty-nesters, but we have stayed dancing ever since. The studio offers open dance parties one or two times a month. (There is a nominal charge, but it is inexpensive fun time.) There is also a "practice party" every Wednesday as part of the dance lesson packages. Plenty of opportunity to use what we learn in our lessons. I highly recommend checking out That's Dancing Ballroom.

BEWARE, You will be dazzled by the presentation of all their various programs and asked to sign an enrollment agreement and pay in full. The people I interacted with did not tell me this was a NON_CANCELLABLE contract. They did not direct me to all the legal language on the back of the form. They did not articulate that I should read the document carefully before signing. I found out the hard way when I had to cancel and they won't give me back my money. I wanted to believe this was an incidental failure on their part, but when they refused to give me the benefit of doubt, give me back my money and admit that they deceived me, I am now believing this is an intentional corporate strategy. They want you to make a big commitment and be paid in full up front. As long as you are aware and are ok with that,, But they made little effort to help me be aware of what I was getting into. Then it's talk to the hand. They offer to re-schedule or post pone lessons but no refund or partial refund.
