Phoenix Rising is a perfect fit for me. Needing some excitement in my workout routine and finding it there was one thing, but meeting the other amazing Phoenixes (plural form?) who also happen to be down to Earth was a pleasant surprise. Great staff/instructors and very cool fellow classmates. Great prices & fun classes. I look forward to going and miss it when I can't make it.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for finding this studio! The vibe and energy is so positive and welcoming. There are so many different classes you can do. One of my favorites is the Voluptuous Vixen series for women size 12 and up. I’m doing things that I never dreamed I would be able to - building my strength, confidence, and even throwing some sexy in there too! I also like Liquid Motion, Fluidity, and Stretch & Flexibility. The body positivity you feel here is amazing! Everyone is so supportive and non-judgmental. I take most of my classes with Vivi and she is ahhh-mazing! She really takes an interest in your progress and teaching you. She is patient, safety-conscious, and has a way of explaining and showing you how things are done that allows you to get it.

The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. All the instructors are friendly and take the time to explain moves while also giving alternative options for poses. There is such a large variety of classes and workshops offered there is something for everyone!

I recently hosted my sister's birthday here! Vivian was so helpful throughout the entire planning process- answering all my questions and went above and beyond personalizing the experience for my sister. All the employees there were welcoming, inviting and professional. We had such a great time! They did an amazing job encouraging our group to let loose and have FUN! I can't wait to go back! I had a lot of fun with the Cleo's Rockin' Legs and Abs class. I cheekily thought, "This is easy!" my first time. The next day, though, I DEFINITELY felt the burn! It was a great workout, and I love that they offer classes during the day time. The studio is immaculate, and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable from my experience.
