My daughter has been with The Maryland Academy of Dance since last year and we absolutely love it. My daughter is still young and I do not know what her future holds as far as dancing professionally, BUT what I do know is this discipline has shown my daughter that it is important and necessary to follow rules and have structure. Choosing MAD has been the best decision my family has ever made

The staff of The Maryland Academy of Dance are phenomenal. They take an abundance of time to help the children learn all of the details of dance. It's not just instruction though. The teachers treat the kids as their own; they nurse injuries, quiet fears and give lots of hugs! I followed the Director here, and found a favorite teacher taught at MAD, so we are totally winning! It's a great environment and awesome institute!

My daughter has been attending Maryland Academy of Dance for the past three years; and it's by far, the best dance program we've experienced! The teachers are nurturing, but firm; always professional, and give their all to the students! The Director takes extreme pride in her program, teachers and students. She always and email or phone call away if you have questions or concerns; and she treats her students like her children. My daughter loves to dance; and we've found our "home"!!!

Not only has she blossomed into a great little dancer, but she is now very focused. She has learned discipline in the art and in her personal life as a result of the teachings she has received. When your child joins this school, you become a part of a family that has very high standards and morals. I would highly recommend this school.
