I have danced with Nick for about two and half years now, I started at his previous location and have now moved with him to his new studio and it has been a wonderful experience. My dancing has improved tremendously from where I started, very shy and nervous; and I am now performing in competitions and feeling confident about it. I enjoy the wide variety of dance classes he offers from Argentine Tango to West Coast Swing. He also has a core rhythm class on Saturday mornings that I've given up my Zumba class for, it's quite a work out with great results. Nick is an awesome instructor with amazing talent. I have recommended him to many of my friends and co-workers, especially ones who are complaining about being bored or unhealthy.

I highly recommend Dance Annapolis for anyone wanting to learn to dance regardless of the level they are currently at, whether first time out or seasoned veteran. Nick is without question among the finest instructors that my wife and I have had since we started ballroom dancing nine years ago. He has mastered the intricacies and nuances of ballroom dance and knows how to expertly convey this knowledge to his students. Give him a call, I promise that you won’t be disappointed.

We found Dance Annapolis when I received a Christmas gift for lessons, Nick suggested not only doing the wedding prep for us but trying out the newcomers groups and we are so glad we did! It has become more than we thought it would be, Nick is a great instructor and we have learned so much, our first dance and all the dances following will be great at our wedding reception because of Nick. We are so appreciative of the lessons and the social events he offers. We love how all the other dancers at social events are so helpful and they assist in making you better. Nick has created a great Studio with great dancers and we are glad to be apart of it

I've tried dancing before, didn't have fun and ended up quitting - no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't do it. But my wife likes to dance, so about 18 months ago we started lessons with Nick, "The Man". Somehow... (I think he put his hand on my shoulder and guided me around) I found myself dancing, super easy stuff at first, and then more difficult dances. Now I have fun dancing, and my wife and I have an activity that we can enjoy together.

Nicholas Gallagher is not only the owner of Dance Annapolis but also an excellent dance instructor! He works with you to achieve your goals whether it is competing or just to learn how to dance. I wanted both and Nick gave me just that and th hen some. After taking latin ballroom dance at Dance Annapolis for 3 months, I actually won first place in my division for samba, mambo, chacha, swing, and rumba! Dance Annapolis has so much to offer. I currently take private and group classes but next month I will also add in core rhythms and go more often to the social parties. I just cannot get enough of Dance Annapolis! Love it!

Dance Annapolis is a fun place to learn ballroom. I've been dancing with Nick for nearly a year at his new studio. He offers very professional, knowledgeable instruction. He will spend as much time going over a particular technique with you as you need to become comfortable. The specific techniques he’s shown me for improving my frame and footwork for various dances have definitely helped me become a better, more confident dancer.
