I would not be where I am today without the guidance and teaching of Bonnie Slawson and Dawn Hessler I was blessed with opportunities due to their amazing training and professionalism. I have choreographed and taught at many schools and studios in the DMV performed at the Kennedy Center various times and much more. CoMMotion Dance Studio is the place to be when it comes to amazing training and fun.

An amazing dance studio! I danced here for 3 years in high school, and loved all of my teachers. The environment is so warm and welcoming, unlike other dance studios, I didn't feel like I was "competing" with the other girls in my classes. Bonnie and Dawn really know their stuff, too, and they're always teaching you how to work *with your body*, not against it. Also, the Zumba classes they have for adults at their fitness location are so much fun! Its a really great way to get in shape, and all of the Zumba teachers are also energetic and welcoming.
