The class was a perfect blend of yoga and weight based fitness moves. I usually prefer lifting weights vs a class bc I don't feel I get an actual workout in but with this class I got BOTH! Also the instructor had such a positive and energy vibe! Great way to spend a Saturday morning with my girlfriends

I've enjoyed the last few months of working out at Dance Fit Flow! I have tried a few different classes and had a blast at every one :) Kerry and Lauren are so warm, fun, and love what they do which makes working out with them and learning from them a super great time!

I've been a member since January and I still get excited to go to dance every night! I love the schedule of classes - I've taken most of them and while each instructor is different, they are all really friendly and approachable. It doesn't matter if you danced growing up or are a complete newbie; you're always encouraged to do your best and to take any class you have interest in. They change up the schedule every quarter to keep things fresh, so you're able to try new classes. I cannot recommend this place enough! It's perfect if you love dance fitness or more traditional dance classes without any kind of judgment factor. Thanks Lauren and Kerri for building a wonderful studio with such a friendly atmosphere!

How have I NOT written a review for Dance Fit Flow yet? It is SUCH an amazing place for dancers and non-dancers alike - and I say that as a non-dancer that is learning now, in her late 20s! I love trying new dance classes and styles, but my absolute favorite have been ballet and beginner tap! 2018 was the year for me to try - and fall in love with - both! The owners are amazing and the location is beautiful AND it's just wonderful to have a place to learn as an adult where, no matter your experience or lack-thereof, you are treated as equals and cheered on!
