Sassy is a great place for all types of classes. The instructors are awesome and there are all kinds of women that take the classes so no judgement! The pole fitness class is my favorite!

I am SOOO happy I found Sassy Fitness!! Exercise can be boring and scary(especially if you're just starting out) but at Sassy it's always a fun and a non judgemental environment to flourish. There are a range of classes available as well: Pole, Pilates, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and even different workshops with well known artists! The instructors are FANTASTIC and encourage you at any level. STOP BY AND PLAY!
