Absolute JOKE! My wife signed up a class for our 2 year old daughter and it turns out this isn't something she enjoys. Trying to cancel these AUTOMATIC charging classes is a nightmare. You cannot simply call to cancel but you have to be there in person on a weekday. Nope you can't have them send you the form via FAX- excuse here is they need a ‘carbon’ copy?? Ever heard of copier and copying it twice???? We both work and trying to make the extra effort to leave work to cancel something that SHOULD be done over the phone is ridiculous. The customer service here would put any gym membership cancelation department to shame! Should have read the reviews of others and it is true they are all about making money here. They sure make an IMPACT on your finances. AVOID!!! Check their 2.5 stars YELP review by others.

I have been taking my 3 year old daughter here for almost a year. The staff is very friendly, her instructor Ms. Sue is a sweetheart! They have been very flexible with us since we originally signed up for an earlier class and we were able to switch to a later one since the schedule wasn't working for us. Anytime we have missed a session, we have been able to make it up at another day and time. I would recommend this studio to anyone who wants their children to learn from professionals. I had previously taken my daughter to another studio and it was a complete joke! I was not happy at all so I was very pleased when I found Dance Impact because I immediately saw the difference in the quality of their instruction.

Horrible..don't waste your time. After my daughter went there for 6 whole months looking forward to doing her recital they randomly told me she couldn't be in it anymore. My daughter was crushed. The owner sent me an email saying she can't because she's not a good fit and that's it. I called asking to speak to the owner and she didn't want to talk. Give my daughter other options like a different class or anything she just wanted her gone! They don't care about the kids here and ultimately that's what its about! Please don't waste your money here.

I wonder if some of the negative reviews are from competing dance studios trying to drum up business....We love it! We have been taking our 5 year old daughter here for 3 years. At first we were not sure it would work, because she wanted to sit in the corner and watch, but not participate due to being shy. The instructors are wonderful with children, and they really care! You can tell the quality of the place by the number of people who go there, and the quality of the dances at the recitals! I went to various recitals over the years for different places, and they don't hold a candle to Impact! The original owner still works there, Miss Sue, and the new owner was one of her students. My daughter actually requested to stop soccer so she could take more dance classes. We go to three a week, tumbling with Miss Kristi, Jazz with Miss Meagan, and ballet with Miss Sue. My daughter loves all her teachers, and I am very happy with the caring and consideration of all of the staff. They really go out of their way to help! My husband and I are extremely happy with Impact. Yes they do have a cancellation policy, they do have a business to run. You can't pay salaries if you are not getting paid. All of the parents we know are happy, the kids are happy. Some parents have left to try other places, and all the ones I know of, ended up coming back.
