The Silent Dance Center is an incredible community of knowledgeable yoga teachers most of which have been teaching for 20-30 years! The center offers 15 different teachers, 50+ classes/week, and two studios. I love this place and I'm thrilled to be supporting and learning from the oldest yoga studio on the island.
