Beautiful dance studio in the heart of Manoa! Classes range from preballet for my daughter who is 3. Jade loves to dance and has learned a lot of the traditional ballet moves in only a few short months. Pricing is lowest I have seen on the island! Recommmend them highly. A great studio that has a variety of classes for any dancer. My daughter has been with MDS for the last couple of years taking ballet and tap, and it's provided her with a lot of fun, challenges and new experiences!

My daughter has been taking beginning ballet and tap for almost a year at Manoa Dance Studio (formerly The Total You) and I couldn't be more pleased. Ms. Hillary is professional and timely in her communications with parents, and she ensures that Manoa Dance Studio provides an atmosphere of firm and caring instruction. I appreciate that there is a strong focus on proper technique, appropriate dance attire, correct terminology, and good class etiquette. All this while making sure that dancers have fun and feel that they are a well-loved part of the school community. It's been about a year since I last posted, and we are still THRILLED with both the quality and content of the classes at MDS. My daughter has moved up a level in her dancing and had different teachers, and the quality of instruction have been stellar. Her current tap teacher is pushing her to do more than I thought possible, and my daughter can't WAIT to perform in April. One of the things I most appreciate about this studio is the personal connection that we have made with Hillary and the other dance parents. Any concern we raise are received with thoughtful sincerity and dealt with in a timely manner. THANK YOU MDS for all you do!
