Miranda is an amazing DJ and super high energy positive person all around. I have been to several events put on by HI dance bomb and I love that you have 3 Chanels to choose from, so whatever your taste you can always dance to something. Also as a mom I love the fact that the whole family can dance as some of their events like the Kailua Night market are kid friendly. The kids get their own Chanel and adults can dance to our own music and all be together.

Hawaii dance bomb is honestly the greatest! They have every kind of music you could imagine, the most fun headphones that let you switch between three different playlists (and they light up! so in the dark they are so much fun), and they are so good with kids! I highly reccomend them for events/ birthday parties!

Silent Dance Groove with Miranda is amazing. The work out through dance, movement and fun culminates with a deep meditation is amazing. I wanted to share this fun with my friends, so I hired Miranda for my birthday party! Best birthday ever! The philosophy of dance groove fit and silent disco is to have fun and move freely as expressively as you want. No move is incorrect or wrong. The environment is no judgement and embraces everyone. It is hard not to smile the entire time. It is a high vibe event! It is a healthy and fun work out for your body. You stretch and move how your body needs to move. There is a wonderful personal warm up and cool down. I highly recommend Hawaii Dance Bomb and Groove Fit with Miranda and friends!

Groove is a wonderful experience moving your body to all styles of music and being in unity with the rythym and beats. I love being in Miranda's class as she has so much energy, an awesome dancer and coaches in a way that makes it so simple and easy for all ages to achieve the same movements!
