IT SUCKS !!! @ Latin Music on Saturdays (Fuego y Agua). Don't let false & overblown hype persuade you. [Be skeptic of "perfect" 5-stars bias ratings]
**CONS**
1) DJ only plays 2 or 3 genres of Hispanic music, ex: Salsa, Bachata and 'sometimes' Cha-cha. Either the DJ or Event Manager (Fuego y Agua) dislikes or refuses to play...Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton and OTHER GENRES of HISPANIC music.
2) It seems that this place mostly caters & wants to please only certain groups or cliques: Salsa/Bachata DanceStudents, Ballroom dancers & advanced dancers.
3) Cliques & Regulars mostly dance with each other, and snub away others (Nobody likes rude, egotistical, pompous, grouchy, stuck-up people).
4) A person might get bored, sick & tired of listening to the [same songs/music playlists] that the DJ plays & recycles...over & over again.
5) For certain "special" events, this place charges a lot of $$ money for their cover-charge. It's just not worth it.
×× THE SCOOP ××
As of 30April2018, most Latin Clubs, Dance-Socials & Musical Bands (Orquestas) in Hawaii, suffer from the same problem...they have, for many years! The LACK of DIVERSITY and REFUSAL to embrace and play OTHER HISPANIC music genres.
Come on people...why? Just do some homework! Ask around & search for newly released latin music, update your played-out songs, switch it up, check-out what's new & hot @ the nightclubs & radio stations in New York. Attract more people by catering to EVERYONE! bcz it would help you avoid having to shutdown your event/club

**PROS**
1. That (Fuego y Agua) it's NOT [on] every week & that it's NOT the only (Latin dancing venue) on Oahu ~Thank goodness~
2. Nice & clean establishment, good dancing floor and visually pleasing.
3. Some of the dancers/customers here are down-to-earth, welcoming, friendly & happy.
