Our daughter joined Alexander Academy of Performing Arts when she was a 4-year-old. It has been over 7 years now but she still looks forward to going to her classes 3 times a week. All of the teachers are so loving and always encourage her to do her best. We can see her confidence when she is dancing. We are extremely grateful to AAPA for giving her a chance to shine.

We Love our Dance Ohana at Alexander Academy of Performing Arts. All the Staff members are loving and kind to the keiki. Feeling very blessed to be a part of it. It’s truly amazing how dance builds confidence and strength. My 2 granddaughters Emilia & Cora ages 5&4 look forward to each week.

My daughter joined AAPA when she was 4 years old. She started out in ballet but now enjoys her Jazz 2 class so much. All the teachers are so loving, supportive, enthusiastic, and most importantly talented. Danelle the owner is so attentive to everyone’s needs...both students and parents...and treats everyone like family. My daughter looks forward to her Monday night Jazz class every week and especially dancing in the big end of the year show! AAPA is a wonderful organization, and the bonus is that they are conveniently located in Haliimaile for all of us upcountry folks. Feel so blessed to be part of such a wonderful dancing community!

Excellent teachers and students make this donation-based school a real gem. Ballet students are required to take ballet classes twice a week at a minimum and there are also jazz and modern dance classes.

AAPA gave me the opportunity to regularly dance again as an adult. This is the longest run of ballet classes I have ever taken, and the contemporary program is incredible!! Very much looking forward to seeing how this studio grows, and stoked to be a part of it!
