Miami Dance & Music Academy is my daughters favorite place to go to. Not only does she get to interact with other kids and make new friends she gets to dance. My daughter started when she was 3 and so far has learned ballet, ballet jazz, hip and tap. She has learned to be focused and have self confidence when dancing. The staff from when you walk in is amazing to the instructors and the owners are AWESOME as well. They are always involved. My daughter is now 6 and she continues to go to Miami Dance and Music. 5 stars all the way

I came across Miami dance and Music Academy through Google, and decided to take my 7 year old daughter to try out a free class for Jazz. She absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so nice and helpful so I registered her as soon as she finished the class. I couldn't be happier with choosing this dance studio. Watching the videos from last years performance has me so excited that I can't wait for her to be part of their amazing recital at the end of the year!

From her first trial class she was welcomed into the warm and loving environment that is embodied by the staff, parents, and girls that make up the studio. The very BEST Studio in South Florida!!! Miami Dance and Music Academy is the very best in Miami. The staff, the teachers, the ambiance -- all of them welcoming, skilled, professional, giving each student the opportunity to learn and grow. The owners have been in business for nearly 20 years, and have worked with children all their professional lives (both are certified Dade County school teachers as well). And their offerings don't limit themselves to dance classes for children; They offer classes for adults as well! The first class is always free -- I would encourage everyone to visit!!

If you are looking for a dance studio or music school, I highly recommend Miami Dance and Music Academy. My daughter has been dancing with MDC since she was 3 years old, the teachers, staff and owners are extremely friendly and they are always willing to hear your concerns. My daughter has learned and advanced so much in the last three years. MDC also offers an amazing dance company with various Showbiz, Starpower, Star Systems, Hall of Fame National Championships Awarded to them along with many other championships Awards. They offer a free dance class if you are interested in dancing at their studio with a long variety of classics to offer your little dancer. Once again I highly recommend them, I have been part of this amazing family for the last 4 years and I don't see myself reconsidering any other dance academy.

My children have been at MDMA for 9 years and I am a very happy dance mom. This place is not a dance studio it’s a dance family, whether you kids are in company or just taking recreational classes, they treat you like you are a part of their family. The teachers are professional, experienced and know how to work with all types of kids. They offer training in all styles of dance; ballet, lyrical, jazz, musical theater, contemporary, tap, flamenco. They also offer a variety of music classes if dance is not your thing. This studio is the entire package in a great location, i recommend it to everyone!!

I went to this studio for 15 years and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I started off in the recreational program and it was amazing, after 3 years I moved on to be on the competition team. Being a part of this studio and team has helped me grow as a dancer and a person. Miami Dance and Music Academy is a wonderful studio. My daughter has been there for 5 years and has enjoyed every moment of it. The studio is very organized and professional. She is currently taking Hip Hop and Ballet/Jazz on Saturdays. I drop her off and come back 2 1/2 hours later knowing that she is in great hands. The staff is courteous and attentive to all of the students needs. The end of the year performance is amazing. All the hard work that the students put in throughout the year, really shows. I would recommend this studio to anyone that has a child with a passion for dance or music. You will not regret it.

They have an array of classes to peak any dancers or musicians interest, and with their award winning teachers and choreographers you cannot go wrong. The staff goes above and beyond for each child and family, they truly are a class act who provide a wholesome and nurturing environment for your little ones. My 3 year old daughter just had her first dance class and recital at this studio, and it could not have been a better experience! She is super timid and shy, but the teachers are so caring and patient, that it did not take her long to feel comfortable. Every Saturday after class she came home talking about how she loves her teacher and her studio, and super excited to share what she had learned. The staff are so attentive and organized, and always make sure to keep you up to date with any upcoming events. It is such a nice place to be a part of, and we are super excited to come back next season!

Since 2013, my daughter has had the opportunity to dance at Miami Dance & Music Academy. She has had exposure to: Ballet, jazz, tap, acro, and lyrical. All the classes are phenomenal. The staff is very friendly. I feel comfortable leaving the studio. The parents are also great. They look out for each other's kids. The best part of this studio is the end of year show. It is honestly great. The school puts on such a great production. The owners of the studio are so kind hearted. They great you with a friendly smile all the time. They offer an abundance of classes. There is opportunity to grow as a dancer. :)

Whether you're enrolled for a dance class, music lesson, fitness program, or the competitive dance team, your child will learn everything that is needed in order to excel. The teachers are exceptional and have always pushed her to become the best she can possibly be. This was her last year as a senior and they did a recognition ceremony for all the graduating seniors at their end of the year recital. If you are looking for a studio that your child will grow with amazing training I would highly recommend this place to anybody!
