I loved going to this studio..However I found it too costly after I did a whole month..My instructor for private lesson once a week was wonderful and we had fun with dancing...I am a former Manbo dancer and they love to teach all the ballroom dances..I do know them hover I really only love Latin dance..I do not go to weddings or Bar or Bat mitzvahs any more...After my month they wanted me to commit to a month again and $400.00 dollars is just not what I can afford..That is why some of the other dance studios are geared to teach Salsa, Chacha and the other types of dance with very good teachers and you pay as you go..You are not compelled to go to a class or a private lesson and pay in advance...That is the main reason I stopped going to Fed Astaire..I would still be going if I could choose when I could go and pay for that class or session...with a private teacher..I did find most of the teachers are cold and not warm customer friendly unless you're spending bucko bucks..

I’ll be 60 years old in March! Since my high school days I’ve always watched people dance and have fun, from the sidelines. A year ago my wife Lorraine and I started taking lessons at Fred Astaire WPB. We completed our beginner and social foundation courses. The staff and instructors are amazingly talented, caring, and super friendly. You feel like your a part of a family. Now Lorraine and I go out social dancing and it’s so much fun! We even agreed to do a pro-am showcase with Anastasia and Egor at the Kravis. Way out of our comfort zone. But do to their caring professional instruction, and the support from the other instructors at the social events, and group lessons, We are now looking forward to performing!! Very professional staff and amazing teachers - this David guy with a nice deep voice and a penchant for styling aesthetics is awesome. I used a groupon for a week of low-cost beginners' classes two years ago and the investment has definitely paid off to say the least.

The dance studio is fabulous. My dance teacher Dave is the best. He will explain everything to you. For example, for Tango he will say its like a love-hate relationship for you to have an idea how to dance tango using the expression of love and hate. You can see he does not only loves to dance, he also has what it takes to teach. Dave is patient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He makes the time while you're there, making you feel like you've danced all your life.

If you love great music, stunning clothes, jeweled heels and very charming coaches ...you have to experience the place, the friends, and the "chandelier & champagne" lifestyle! Getting married... try them out! Back in the dating game... try them out! Want to lose weight and look good doing it... try them out! How about getting to know new friends thru group classes and Friday night parties... try them out! Every teacher is wonderful, and there is so much to learn from each of them. You may have one private instructor, but you get a team of people dedicated to your success and advancement through this art form. Dancing here is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

My wife and I are so happy we chose to take pre-wedding dance lessons here. Anastasia was amazing! Absolutely cannot say enough great things, her teaching style, patience, adaptability to our preferences, and her ability to work with our music selections, which we hadn’t even have chosen yet as of the first lesson, was off the charts excellent! She even helped us customize a song mix-up for our dance, which by the way was a real hit at the reception! Compliments also to the whole team, more like a family actually, as it’s obvious they truly love what they do and everyone goes so far out of their way to include you in all their events and after practice parties, etc. This was an experience we’ll remember forever!
