We joined this gym before they even opened. You can't beat the price. Atmostphere is great, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The crowds are different depending the time of day you go which is normal for any gym. Never have an issue with free weights, space or getting on a machine. Love it and will continue. The classes are great too. Definitely recommend Crunch.

Great gym. Although often busy, the hustle and bustle adds to the overall energy and vibe. The facility includes a sauna, countless machines, and friendly gym-goers. At a great price point, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gym to anybody who's looking for a casual place to exercise and be healthy.

It is difficult to cancel from this Gym. I joined for over a year but due to being overcrowded, I decided to move to LA Fitness and they gave me such a hard time. I tried to cancel so many times and they never pay attention tome. After several attempts and going in person for 3 occasions because manager was not around, I finally got rid of them.

Ive been a member at Crunch for a few months. I'd say my experience is better than average but at $10.00 bucks a month, who should really complain. I work in corporate fitness and I know how hard it is to have members clean off equipment after use. Since you can't control everyone's poor gym etiquette, I recommend cleaning the equipment before you use it; chances are it was not cleaned by the last member. The staff is friendly and professional. Men are dressed in polos with dress pants/slacks, women typically where gym clothing that isn't revealing. All of them typically greet you when you walk in and address you as you leave. I typically go to the gym in the evening, but not because its convienent. The gym is a bit overcrowded, even in the evening hours. Your best bet is to get on a piece of equipment and keep banging out reps/sets until the next piece of equipment is available because once you move to another one, the one you were just one is taken. ((Which is probably the catalyst for why no one feels its necessary to clean equipment)) Practice good gym equiette and hopefully others will follow!

If you want the worst customer service available and the most simple minded staff members who will never be willing to go out of their way to make sure the costumer is pleased and enthusiastic about being part of the gym, then by all means join. P.S. your'e better off going to Tampa Palms Crunch if you can, they treat you with respect. But Hey! If you do decide to join here make sure you read the fine print as all they care about is getting you to join and the information they forget to tell you is never their own fault. Good Luck finding another gym because you should run away from this one. Only giving it one star because 0 isn't an option.

I am very pleased with Crunch Fitness of Tampa and have been a member since they've opened the doors in April of '13. Always greeted with a warm welcome from their amazing crew. Janell, Cassidy, John and Pricilla, to name a few, are always eager to help or answer any questions. The managers and trainers are very friendly as well. It's a steal for what I pay monthly. I've witnessed so many other gyms wither away unkept. Crunch of Tampa is always clean plus, they keep adding more equiptment to fit the needs of any fitness type or level.

I have had the opportunity to try out several gyms, not just in the area, but across the country as well (as far as California), and I have to say that Crunch does more than just offer affordable memberships. They have a wide selection of equipment, as well as different designated areas geared towards different activities, such as powerlifting and a boxing room, appealing to every individual out there. Whether it is your first time setting foot on a gym, or you're a seasoned veteran, Crunch has something for everyone.

If you want to sign up due to their $10 a month charge for a single person, read the fine print. They charged me $50 one time and apparently there is a half a year charge, so $100 extra a year. That comes out to $18.33 a month. Pretty much a scam if you ask me. Still not a bad deal, but not what they're advertising. Shady business tactics. So if you go in there thinking $10 bucks a month, its not.

I am try to cancel mine from October until now and they do not did anything about, I am pregnancy not in town, and called, when get change went there and the manager promise to stop, also he said my membership was suspended, so why the still charge me after all calls and visit? when this happen show no respect.

This place is a joke!!!!!!! I've been with this location for almost 5 years and I had my account frozen in Oct cause I knew I'd be out of town. I looked at my bank statement to only see that this place charged my account twice for a total amount of $126.40. When I explained the situation Sebastian told me there wasn't a hold. So basically these idiots don't know how to do their jobs clearly. IF ANYONE IS CONSIDERING THIS LOCATION.... PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

I love this location! It has everything I need and more and the most down to earth staff. From the minute I visited I knew this was the gym I wanted to be apart of! If you're looking for a variety of targeted workout machines and free weight and racks this gym has a great selection. Plus, motivated club members and daily classes!

Decent gym and equipment, but venue is waaaaay to small to accommodate the amount of people who work out there. There really doesnt seem to be a good time to come and workout when it is not overflowing with people. I've only been a member for 30 days and went from working out 4 to 5 times a week to 1 to 2 times a week simply because I dont want too contend with the huge crowds. Once my 90 days expires, I will be moving to another gym. In the meantime, I have started working out at 6am when it's still crowded, but way more manageable.

In all honesty best gym, best atmosphere, and best culture , whatever it is crunch definitely tops all the gyms/fitness facilities . New management is outstanding and policy have changed to make it a lot easier to cancel. they are very up front about everything so there are not random fees or policies that catch you off guard like you would see at a lot of other fitness clubs. It's pretty much a 40-60$ a month club, for either 10$ or 20$ a month. You really can't beat it!

The gym is a scam,signed up on a promotion, 1st month 1$ and a 10$ gym prorated fee of the 39.99 you'll pay for a one time yearly gym fee. You have to stay with us 3 months and you could cancel after. What they don't tell you is that you cancel after you start your 91 day after putting a cancellation 15 days before my 90 days promotion ended. So I don't get billed the 4th month. Not wanting to keep on my promotion I cancelled, so now I'm being billed the 4th month,and a whole year of gym maintenance fee after completing my 3 months and cancellation notice agreeing not to continue after my 90 days, so you have to cancel after your 90 days which they fail to tell you so they could charge you a whole other money and yearly maintenance fee,just like one of their employees said, looks like a hidden fee, a hidden way to make extra money. I've been a member for 4 years off and on but this place has changed. But this is a scam, to get you in and keep billing you. I'm not using the gym, put my cancellation notice in and choose to not keep on the 3 month promotional, even the employee said they shouldn't of charged you then4th month if you cancelled, now I'm being sent to collection, happy new years. If you are looking to be judged by how you look then come to this place and ask to see Paul "the personal training manager". Paul likes to flex his title and not his customer service skills because if he CARED about the customer he would learn to ask questions and listen rather than judge on looks alone. My girlfriend has a membership here and I go with her a few times a month as her guest. Each time we go, depending on what she wants to work on that day, I may or may not be able to do certain exercises. This is because of a couple of current medical conditions that prevent me from doing core exercises that are harder in nature. Tonight we went and she wanted to focus on her core more aggressive and then we would go to the weight area. As she started i would count for her or help her as needed. I was able to do planks but nothing more like she was. That is where Paul, "the personal training manager" comes in and this is how it goes. Paul - i know shes your girlfriend and what your doing but it looks like your training her. You need to workout with her. Me - She is, and i was doing stuff with her. Paul - you did a couple things i been watching Me - right shes doing her core then we are going doing stairs to the weights Paul - right but it looks like you are training her and we cant have any of that from outside Me - so let us finish and you will see us down stairs Paul - what i saw before i dont want to see again or you gotta go. Do you understand why? Me - no i dont Paul - i dont need you getting defensive Me - its a business i get it Paul - " i'm the personal training manager" i dont want to see it again. Paul then proudly stands up tall and walked off. Now here is where Paul "the personal training manager" went wrong. 1. He judged based off what he saw. If he would have ASKED ME why I was not doing everything she was I would have explained it to him. 2. If he needed proof of my condition I would have been able to show him proof by raising the back of my shirt. 3. Paul stopped her from doing her workout, because he "didnt want to see what he saw before" she had to stop. Again Paul shows the customer he cares by forcing her to quit her routine. 4. Paul mentioned he was watching us and he JUDGED us based off what he saw that one time. What about going back to the previous days videos to see what we were doing on those days. Of course that would show how I am able to do more of other exercises just not all the core ones. Its really sad that with Paul "the personal training manager" I was already guilty by how I looked. At no point did he take 1 minute to ask me what was going on. He already made his judgement. Yes by the end of the talk I had with the dictator Paul "the personal training manager" I was defensive. I was being FALSELY ACCOUSED of something based off looks. I can tell that Paul likes his title because he was proud of what he KNEW he saw. So in closing if you want to be judged by your looks, falsely accoused and not be given a chance to explain why MEDICALLY you can not perform a certain task as a certain time than this is the place for you. Remember ask for Paul "the personal training manager"!

I was 110 pounds of nothing. I went to Crunch fell in love with the place. The people are friendly, professional, the trainers look the part and know their stuff. The gym has such good vibes and quality equipment. I fell in love with Crunch. Came there regularly. Worked out lifting heavy weights. That increased my appetite. I ate more. Know I am around 175. I have gained alot of muscle and feel great. The staff is always willing to help. I love the encouragement I have gotten at this gym. Next to church, this is my favorite place to be. :D

Most people with my recent experience would probably give Crunch a 1 star rating, or a zero if it was possible. But I give it a 2 star rating because prior to this I hadn’t had any trouble from them. This recent experience is that they refused to allow me to cancel an open agreement that I couldn’t afford, claiming that I had a three-month commitment. I left, and, later that day, I hand-delivered my required written notice of cancellation. Now they claim that I only gave them “verbal” notice.

Sorry I have to write this but I hope it helps to improve. The Gym is overcrowded, it is almost impossible to complete a whole session. Fifty percent of treadmills are in bad shape and dirty. The bathrooms should have better care every 15 minutes at least, again too many people working out at the same time. Staff is very professional and friendly. The monthly membership very affordable, I guess you get what you pay, I should not complain since Im getting what I deserve for 10 bucks per month.

I would love to recommend crunch but there are only about 3 people who qualify for a 5 star review! Jen G, Nancy at the front desk and margarita... those three are amazing! other than that it’s pretty disappointing. Don’t forget the lack of equipment maintenance. I have been telling the manager JY since June that the bosu’s need rubber stoppers replaced before someone slips, falls and gets hurt. Here it is February and they have only become worse. The only reason I even keep my membership here is for the Tuesday and Thursday classes with Jen

This crunch is one of the best gyms I've went to. I've been a member of Gold's (avoid at ALL COST),Powerhouse and LA Fitness. The staff care about there equipment and are friendly. Also their brand is growing along with new openings of gyms so I'm sure you can find one close to you.

Be very careful signing in. When you cancel, they will still charge your CC. If you try to call them and complaint about it, they will send you to collections to get more money out of you. They shouldn't be in business. The so-called managers, are a joke.

PROs: its cheap, the manger Gio is very straight forward with the terms of the contract, and its a large facility, has alot of power racks. Cons: its DIRTY, no one puts back there weights. I've worked out at LA on gunn hwy and the USF rec. both are more expensive, but MUCH cleaner. I joined for the low cost. In all its what you pay for. Personally, I wrestled in college and am aware of how dangerous dirty facilities can be, so ill be leaving. I would rather pay more then catch MRSA.

I would rate Carrollwood Crunch 5 stars because of the quality and variety of equipment, except that the music is generally too loud, therefore the rating is 3 stars. Most of the older members are annoyed by the loud music but don’t speak up. The situation became worse when the new sound system was installed. Most patrons don’t need loud music to exercise, the loudness seems to be for the staff not the members. The music is not loud at LA Fitness, YMCA or U-Fit but I prefer Carrollwood Crunch because the equipment is better and I have friends at the club. Some days I walk in and if the music is too loud, I leave immediately and go to one of the other clubs. Prior to Greg becoming manager of Carrollwood Crunch the music was very loud and there was an exodus of older members to other clubs. The music is not as loud now but it is becoming more intolerable.

First let me start by saying I go to L.A Fitness as well as Crunch, and in my opinion Crunch takes the gold. Right when you step foot inside you are greeted by great people, Priscilla is there more frequent she is extremely sweet and knowledgeable, Geo & Matt are the managers probably the two best people they could have picked to run the place. They are always willing to take in feedback for improvement ,for example i was conversing with Geo about a pre-workout they did not have, one week later they now carry the product! Overall very focused on building the necessary relationships needed for success in a gym.

My experience has not been good at all they took over $700 out of my account and I have still not received a refund of any kind and has been a full 10 days and no progress. And the manager acts as if it's not a big deal. Do not get auto pay for anything they charge what they want and refund it when they want to.

The attitude of the staff is remarkable in the sense of sarcasm.. If my friend didnt have a membership and drags me in there with him, I wouldn't ever switch from LA Fitness when im in town. Maybe adjust your staff's mentality with customer service and then your "franchise" facility will be prominent above the rest of the gyms in the Carrollwood area.

Would totally love this gym with all its renovations and space except a significant part of the gym is upstairs with NO access. Hate to break it to y'all but some of us can't do stairs! Way to fail at supporting ALL of your members. Edit: I did actually ask the front desk about access and they said the only options were the main stairs upfront and the stairs in the back saying there was no elevator at this location but that Hillsborough did.

I have been a member for two years and I attribute a lot of my gains to this place. I train early in the morning and even at that hour the staff has always been friendly and professional. Nancy greets you with a smile and addresses any concerns right away. Maybe because it's so early the place is always clean and the equipment ready to go. I can't complain about plates on the floor or bottles left behind because that's on the members. People are people. I tried to get in a set on a weekday after 5 pm with my wife and it was nuts. Seems like a different gym but I attribute that to the other members. Just too crowded for my taste. Then again we're middle aged, hardcore lifters, focused on gains, not meeting singles. I think all the other 5 am monsters would agree...

Love the trainers and group classes here. I left they Y because they made the group class room for yoga and pilates smaller even though those classes were already packed. This place has tons of room for the very popular classes and instead of turning people away for popular classes they strive to find ways to make room for you or add more classes.

First there are always young teens playing on their phones while on the equipment. Second i have a herniated disk,called last week tge girl said as long as i come in by the 27th they would put it on hold and not charge me for aug. When i went in on the 23rd the guy at the counter charged me at said she misinformed me too bad. Very rude. So i cancelled my membership but still got charged fo August. It is hard to get cancel membership from this place. They will do anything to keep your membership contunue while you cancel your membership and than they will let you know after a while that you owe payment to them. Its sucks. I stop working out in Crunch carrolwood about 15 months ago, and close my account with crunch carrolwood, because the quality was very low class by that time. Anytime i was going there to work out, i have to wait too long to complete my set and showers and bathrooms were not clean as it supposed to be included tanning machines. I went to manager and cancel my account with crunch carrolwood. Young manager said why am i canceling my account? I told him it is what it is. I can't work out in this place anymore. Its enough. He said ok. He will cancel my account. I thank to him. Now after 15 months Crunch carrollwood giving me a phone call from their accounting dept ( ABC FINANCIAL ) and they are saying that i owe them $148 in the this period, and they said that i freeze my account. Hell no. I told them i cancel my account because of theese reasons. Also that manager is no longer there. I am verry shock to geting reap-off by Crunch Carrolwood. The fact is i don't owe them nothing!!! They owe me apology and had to accept that they have unorganized management and the accounting department. Some employees and the personal trainers are nice but the Management and the accounting department terrible service. Whoever member of the Carrolwood Crunch Carrollwood, make sure when the time to get off from this gym, make sure your membership canceled. Otherwise they will put you in freeze acount status to make sure they don't lose the members. Because they know if they lose the members, the cooperate will ask the management why they lose the member. Crunch Carrollwood is a bad experienced gym for me, Becarefull and don't get screw by Crunch Carolwood.

I signed up to this place right before my fiancée had our baby so I could take advantage of getting her in shape by bringing a partner in with me for free. The gym is big, and has a lot of equipment. However during the peak hours from 5-8 it’s very packed and it made my fiancée uncomfortable. Not only that, but she enjoys hitting boxing mitts with me for cardio. The team of trainers at this location did not like that. I was even approached by the guy who signed me up there and he told me in front of my fiancée “The trainers here don’t play, and we as a company don’t play.” This made my already subconscious fiancée feel even more uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong, the sell the place great. Personally, unless you’re just going to try and be social and get attention or something, there’s plenty of other alternatives.

THOROUGHLY SURPRISED!!! Moved up north and needed a new gym. I was expecting the same atmosphere and clientele as Hillsborough location. Went on a Monday night, yes it was crowded, but people for the most part were curious. This location has 8 square racks/deadlift areas...which I LOVE. Dumbells only go up to 120lb, but that's way more than enough for 99% of the population, so I unserstand. If you dont want to workout in a crowded gym, come from 10pm-8am...there might be another person in there. Vet clean facility, IMO. 5 STARS!

Please educate your staff on the nature of a gym. I was a member at the T Palms location for 2 years and Carrollwood for a year. I've been told that as long as I buffer with a bumper plate I can load regular plates after. A front desk employee approached me last night and told me I can't deadlift unless all the plates are bumpers because "it's too loud"...sorry. Not a gym where you can reliably get a serious workout. They set up these BS "circuit" training classes that take up the vast majority of the area where the squat racks are, and half of the equipment is being taken over by these "classes" filled with people who have no clue how to exercise. Won't be back again. This place sucks. It's clean though .

They were great and very reasonable about canceling my membership. Typically they have a 60 day cancellation policy, but I explained to them that I don't have a Crunch close to where I currently live, so they made it a 10 day cancellation and didn't charge me anything! The manager and the lady at the front desk were very sweet and understanding. I wish they would open a Crunch in South Miami so I could continue to use my membership!

Singed up for this gym in August. Lots of equipment and the staff seems very friendly. It's nice they have 6 power racks and turf. It gets pretty packed during peak hours and you have to get creative on how to finish your routine. However, the mornings are dead so it keeps me motivated to start the day a bit earlier. Great gym for the price.

The only reason I’m giving this location one star is because of two particular staff members. I went as a guest for a week with my friend to see if I finally decided to join this gym or LA FITNESS which is my current gym. and I was witness of how they Mistreat people that clearly have no interest in something else but working out. to me this treatment do not meet the basic customer service they have to provide this behavior is similar to kids in high school, not professional at all. its clear the management needs some arrangements on hiring procedures, Unfortunely I don’t have the name of these two workers but I only know how they look so you are cautious and aware ; its a short black guy and a tall skinny guy.

When I first signed up and started going the staff were very friendly. That has since died down. The female staff are typically friendlier than the men. Most of the members never wipe down the equipment and Ive never seen the staff do it either. Its affordable and there is some nice equipment however it gets extremely crowded and a lot of the time you have to wait to use certain machines or equipment (sometimes people will sit on the machines for a while). It can be a little intimidating trying to use the free weights/mirrors because there are typically large groups of guys who hog the space. You get what you pay for.

Careful..... You tell them you want to cancel they suggest that you freeze the account instead. you freeze the account they don’t tell you it will be active after one month itself and you have to pay before they can cancel. Cheap lousy way of doing business

Great gym although it gets sometimes very pack during the evening time but the new manager is great he extended the hours so now they close at 11pm and now their remodeling everything !! Also it includes a sauna and tanning bed how great is that !!!

My fiancé and i have been members for 3 months and since day one we have always gotten great service. It can get packed between 5-9 because the 9 to fivers are getting off. Christian, Steven and all the guys there make you feel comfortable and welcomed! 5 stars all day!

I would NOT recommend this gym! Customer service is horrible. They barely greet you at the door. Half the time they are not even there to check you in. The minute I signed up I had a horrid experience. A girl named Paige was reading me the contract off of her computer screen and having me sign a digital monitor I never saw the written script. They do not even give you paperwork! It is all verbal! I was very anal about everything. I asked a ton of questions and I thought I got all the information I needed. Later I came to find out that there was a $40 maintenance fee. She did not mention this to me. I came back in to tell her about it and I asked her to waive the fee. She said "Nope I remember reading it. We have to read it." You may have to but you didn't.. She told me that there was no proof of her not saying it. Basically not offering any sort of solution. Good Company's would rather have a happy customer than a customer who is unhappy and is never going to come back.

I LOVED this gym! It was the most amazing gym I had ever belonged to (and my husband is military so I've been to a lot of gyms because of our moves)... until I tried to cancel my husband's and my membership. My husband and I went to the gym mid-late September, because we were moving 1st of October. I didn't remember that you had to give 60-day notice to cancel the membership, so I was a bit upset about paying for 2 more months of two memberships when we weren't going to be there. But it was my fault for not reading the contract. Payments came out October 5, and November 5 as I expected and then that took us through the 60 days... And then today I was charged again. Assuming it was some silly computer mistake, I called to rectify the situation. Not only were we still in the computer system as members, but the girl on the phone today called me a liar because I didn't get a receipt for the cancellation, and would not believe it when I told her the kid that did the cancellation never gave us a receipt. Note to Crunch: If YOUR guy messed up, it is not the responsibility of the customer to pay for his mistake. You just need to hire workers that don't make massive screwups! And the people answering the phone should never, EVER call the customer a liar. That's literally Customer Service 101 UPDATE 12/7/2013 Our cancellation paperwork was found, the situation has been rectified, and we are receiving a refund for the extra month charged. I spoke with Jessica and Megan on the phone and they were both very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew who the disrespectful girl was from the previous day... Anyway, I took off a star for the cancellation mess, but I am giving it 4 stars because it really is the best gym, and a great value. Only gym at that price that includes a MASSIVE gym with TONS of equipment and free weights (even a boxing area!) AND classes (if you go with the $20/month option... just gym use is even cheaper at only $10/month!) And they are always having sales on the enrollment fees, so just like them on facebook and keep an eye out for the deals

DONT JUDGE THIS LOCATION BY ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! My home gym is in Tampa Palms and I travel an extra 10 minutes to come to carrollwood because of the staff and how the layout of the gym is. The people leaving bad reviews sound like the insecure people who always think people are judging them when no one even cares what they’re doing. I never feel like I’m being watched my staff or customers. I’m new to using free weights and certain equipment, numerous times, customers and staff have helped me and are always so friendly. I started 4 months ago and got charged my annual fee like normal. Haven’t tried to cancel but seems like a normal cancellation policy to me. Overall, I love this location, the staff are helpful and always greet me with a smile. The daycare ladies are amazing and take care of my baby girl like she’s their own. The ONLY thing I would change is having a stricter equipment wipe down policy. But you can’t make dirty people clean, oh well! LOVE THIS GYM AND WILL NOT CANCEL ANY TIME SOON!

This gym makes it difficult to cancel your membership. You have to prepay for the next two months plus the annual dues in order to cancel. So you pretty much have to give them another $100 dollars to get out. Then you have to go in person and meet the club manager and fill out the cancellation paperwork. Lastly, they may still try to charge your card because they don't inform their billers that you're cancelled. If you're looking for a gym, use PLANET FITNESS on Gunn Highway, you just sign the cancellation form with any staff member, no fees or penalties and you're never charged again.

Mismanaged , new Manager Jeff is horrible ! Customer service is terrible . Powerhouse , Zone fitness , La fitness , golds gym ,and retro fitness all close by and wonderful gyms for same price for basic memberships with excellent customer service . They really need to step it up at Crunch !

The gym has good equipment, but some of the staff need lessons on how to greet people. The gym in peak hours is over crowded and there is at least 4 people to one piece of equipment. People will sit for 30 minutes reading phones while at a piece of equipment. Don't show up at 5pm to 9pm its a social club at those hours. I guess the only good thing i have to say really is the equipment is top notch. This one of worst gyms i have ever been a part of but unfortunately the competitor is worse. I won't even touch on the looks that the personal trainers throw at people.

I opened up a membership 3 years back I never went and forgot about it a year in. I then I had to change my card because I lost it and they sent me to collection which is understandable. I paid it and told them I don't want a membership with them. 2 years later I get a call from crunch saying my account is in collections for a second time when I shouldn't even have a account. Asked to speak to a manger was left on hold for a hour.

this gym is doing some illegal practices!! They are having their trainers recruit minors and having them "guide" the minors through their contract, with NO parent or adult present; after that they have the minor provide their bank acct information and withdrew money form the acct, again with NO PARENT AUTHORIZATION. Minors come and complaint about it and they tell them there is nothing to do because they signed a contract!. One minor got INJURED during a session with a "personal trainer" and they are refusing to do anything about it. I will file a complaint with the police and have them go through all their contracts, see how long it takes for this "business" to be shut down

The gym is great until you try to cancel. My husband and I sent separate cancel letters with our key fobs back in January. The manager said they were never received and he told me he would have know if they came because he is there everyday. So on March 29th I personally walked two more cancel letters to the gym. To my surprise the manager was not there. I left them with the girl at the desk who assured me that she would make sure he got them. I have emailed him on two occasions following up and still no response. Considering LA Fitness has a class action suit against them for their cancellation policy, you would think this company would be a little more careful with their follow up. Has anyone else had a problem with cancelling? Sept 2, 2014 THANK YOU MARTY!!! Marty the new manager called my husband and has taken care of everything. After talking with Marty, my husband has decided to keep his membership. Great customer care goes a long way.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the staff. They are very friendly, and really nice people. The biggest problem with this gym is that it is always packed and you basically have to stalk the equipment that you want to use. The cardio machines seem pretty dated, and the weight machines tend to have some little issues. I can't recommend this place for the fact that it's always crowded, and I don't have 3 hours to workout sporadically, and still not have a good workout. Unfortunately, they made us sign a 3 month contract, and I'll have to wait another two months before I can workout again at a good gym because I can't afford two gyms.

I am very happy with Crunch. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a variety of equipment to workout on so you can get your complete workout in one stop. The gym is always clean and organized. I worked with one of their personal trainers after having hip surgery last year. He helped me regain strength in my hip without injuring it. I would recommend Crunch to anyone needing a gym.
