I have danced at American Dancesport Center a little over 2 years now. Its the most friendly atmosphere studio, felt very encouraged by their fabulous and very experience instructors. When I started to dance I couldn't even dance for 1/2 and hour now I can dance for 2 hours straight. I love showing off my dancing and have fun with what I have learned at Parties the studio holds. Dancing helped me with my weight lost and shaped my body I am 40 some lbs down! Working out through dance is very good for the mind and soul, for all age groups. I am so proud of my accomplishments, and love dancing.

My partner and I had our first lesson today with Brad and it was amazing !!! His knowledge of ones individual needs is intuitive to say the least. Cute little studio, nice decor inside, instructors looked knowledgeable teaching bachata and cha cha, couldn't gauge the crowd on a Monday but there were plenty of students. Will try it out soon.

As a member of about 2 months now, I can easily leave ADC a 5 star review. For some background info on myself... I am 23 years old and had absolutely no experience with ballroom (or any other type of) dancing prior to walking in. My goal was, and still is, merely to be competent dancing in a social setting. My close group of friends always seem to know what they're doing when the music comes on, and if I can be as good as them or a little bit better, I'll be a happy camper.------------That all being said, after a quick internet search 2 months ago for "salsa lessons Boca Raton", American Dancesport Center caught my eye as a local studio. I sent them an email which was promptly returned by their lovely co-owner, Janis, and I was there that same night for my first of 3 private dance lessons ($35 for the 3 classes as an introductory promotion!). Paola was my instructor and she would go on to show me the basics of "Salsa" and "Batchata". I still can't believe how Paola, as well as all their other instructors, are able to break down these extremely complex dance moves into smaller, more feasible steps. It took me just 10 minutes into my first class to feel this "rhythm" thing people often speak of, and after just 3 classes I was en route to a Latin American club to go dancing with my friends. I would go on to hold my own that night.------------After 2 months of attending group classes, I have progressed far more than expected. Aside from now knowing that not every Spanish song that comes on is "Salsa", I can dance some Batchata, Rumba, Bolero, Tango, Waltz, Fox Trot, Cha Cha, Salsa, and Merengue. I am not spectacular at any of these dances, or even good for that matter, but I CAN hold a dance for at least a couple of minutes without completely embarrassing myself. After putting just a few hours a week into it? I'll take it.------------Since it's not all about me though, I'll finish this review with some comments on the studio, its' staff, and its' members. I have been in group classes with members of all ages and skill levels. Not once have I come across one with any kind of ego or sense of impatience towards another. Everyone seems so willing to help out if asked. ADC also has a bi-weekly dance party at the studio where us members can put our new skills to the test with each other. The instructors do a great job keeping all of the members engaged and having fun at these parties. Though it may seem corny, these parties are a great taste of what dancing is outside of the class setting. It is an awesome community over at ADC and I look forward to improving my skills and making new friends there for several months to come. ------- Andrew Perlin

American Dancesport is a great place to learn ballroom dancing. The group classes they offer are a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people. Private lessons that I am taking with Paola are definitely making me a much better dancer with more confidence on the dance floor..The social dances are a good way to practice what you learn in the lessons and classes. I definitely recommend this studio for anyone who wants to become a better dancer.

Be careful! Don't ever come to this place. I got injured and want to cancel the membership but the owner, Brad, does not want to lose the money so he refuses and pushes me to continue even though my doctor told me not to, also I'm in pain so I don't want to. He is the most money hungry and heartless person I've ever met in my life.

Been taking lessons here for at least 3 years. And from each and every instructor. They are all simply wonderful. knowledgable, and make learning quite easy. It is a fabulous learning experience to dance. Good for the soul, mind, spirit and body. I say "do it" don't think about it. You will love it!

First off, I’m not much of a dancer. Actually, I’m not a dancer at all. But I do love my wife and when she said we are going dancing, we are going dancing. Again, I’m not a dancer. We initially went to an introductory group class, led by our awesome instructor Shirley. I learned the basics of the Waltz and the Hustle. Shirley made it super easy. The class was... dare I say it... fun! But, I’m not a dancer. My wife and I decided to take some private lessons with Shirley. She’s really great at making you feel comfortable out of your comfort zone. She challenges you but keeps the lessons really fun. She sees every little misstep and mistakes. Nothing gets by her. But she truly makes it fun and that hour goes by so quick! Thanks to Shirley and the staff, I’m proud to say, I’m a dancer now. Well, maybe that’s a bit of a stretch. I enjoy dancing at least. Anyhow, if you’ve ever thought about dancing but thought it’s too hard to learn, Stop by one of their group classes. The first class is free btw. You are guaranteed to have fun learning. Thanks again Shirley! We will be back!

My experience at American Dancesport Center has been nothing short of fabulous. I originally started dancing with my father for my Bat Mitzvah. I loved my experience so much that I decided to come back on my own and compete with one of the instructors. I was so impressed by how effortlessly every instructor eases their students into the dances. At other studios I have been to it was very overwhelming to learn so many steps in such a short period of time, but that is definitely not the case at ADC. It is such a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, and I wouldn't trade my experience for the world. I highly recommend American Dancesport Center.

Have you ever wanted to do something your entire life but have been too afraid to try? Well, that was how I felt about learning to dance until I walked into American Dancesport two years ago. No one could have ever convinced me that a 58 year old woman, often thought of as a clutz, would be capable of learning a variety of Latin and Ballroom dances....but the warm, welcoming, and amazing instructors at the studio have made this possible! The Group Classes are sooo much fun, and my Private Lessons are the highlight of my day! American Dancesport Center has definitely been a five star experience for me!

Everyone is very professional. All teachers are certified or will be. They are very friendly, warm and love to laugh with you. They more than get along with their co-teachers they become friends. All my stresses melt away when I am there. My teacher truly gets to know me and likes me as a person not just a student. It is one of the Best activities I do for myself.

Leaning to dance, changed my life in so many ways.....I don't know where to begin. It made me confident, thinner and smooth. (but only on the dance floor.) I consider Brad the owner Pablo the # 1 guy and Shirley the star, close personal friends. They have made my time at the studio not only educational but enjoyable. They make you feel like family. You know the family you like to be with. I learn a new step or pattern every time I have a lesson at American Dance Sport. They work hard to make you look good! And they do it effortlessly and with a sense of humor. When you leave there knowing how to dance the basic stuff, you can't wait to come back to learn more and more. It is addictive, especially with a staff that makes it fun and easy. Let me tell you, when you are man and it doesn’t matter how old you are and you can dance, you have it made. From what I have learned at ADC and put into practice when I go out, women ask me to dance. The woman I dance with, even by the drinks sometimes. Their schedule and classes are not only flexible enjoyable, but entertaining. For a wonderful experience come to American Dance Sport, meet them gang and take a lesson. I’m sure you will like it.

American Dance Sport Center . I have been dancing there for over 2 years, and I like it so much that I brought my daughter along. Initially it was for social and fun, but the teachers there are so versed in all style dances that soon it became much more and so I decided to bring my son for some lessons too, and now all his friends are jealous that he can dance! ADC is fun yet professional environment with group lessons, parties and outings. I miss it when I am not there.

Love Love Love this place! We started in January 2018 with the introductory special of 3 half-hour lessons. We then signed up for 10 private lessons, to prepare not to look too foolish at our son's wedding in May. We have been enjoying the lessons and the instructors so much that we just signed up for 30 more lessons! Paola, Brad, Daniel and Shirley are great. Our primary instructor has been Paola, and she is the reason why we are continuing. She is a delight!!! (And very patient) I heartily recommend American Dancesport. I went into this to get minimal proficiency, and find myself really enjoying this every week
