Not happy with the way my 4 year old was treated by her dance instructor Jill, very ignorant to my daughter and myself. I walked into the classroom while my daughter was crying and the instructor Jill being extremely rude to her then proceeded to ignore me when I asked what happened. My 4 year old daughter did not get her costume when all the other girls did, she’s 4, she did not understand. I followed the instructor to the office where I demanded to know why we did not receive the costume we paid for and instructor Jill looked down at my daughter and continued to scold her until I stopped her from doing so. I will not take my daughter back and would not recommend to any one in the area. Not to mention we paid $100 for a dance costume we never received. The dance factory will not refund our money for ghost costume either. I heard horror stories about this place and I should’ve listened.

My daughter dances at the Idaho Falls Dance Factory and I am so glad this studio is here!! I have seen so much growth from her when we started this past summer! We are so in love with the instructors at TDF that my daughter loves to see them everyday for dance! I couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff also! Gina, Jordan, Natalie, Aric and Margie have made this transition from moving studios easier and we have feel like we have found our new home. I couldn’t say anymore great things about this place. If you are looking for a great place to take your child, this is the place to be!

I don’t know who in their right mind would ever rate this studio lower than a five. The prices are the best in town, the quality is best in the state (and other states). The teachers are amazing, so loving and genuinely care for each individual child. If there is ever a question or concern you can talk directly to the owner and she will always be the first to handle your situation. If you want to pay for a rec class you are still getting the best teachers. If you want to be on a competitive team it would be foolish to go anywhere but this studio. Most importantly my daughter loves dancing here, this is the environment I want to help shape my daughter as she grows up.

Hands down, the best place to take your dancers! If you want a studio that will help them be the best they possibly can WITHOUT tearing them down, this is where you need to take them! Extremely high quality technique AND they teach it in a way that builds students up without making them feel bad about themselves. If you want someone who is going to push your student through expectations not punishment, the Dance Factory is the place to take them!

This dance studio is the most well rounded dance studio in South Eastern Idaho!! All teachers are so amazing and so is the rest of the staff!! The kids that dance here will tell you it's like a family!! Not only do they have amazing competition teams but also have amazing recreational classes for those who don't want to compete!! You know it's a good studio when people travel as far as Wyoming to come dance for this studio because they have researched other studios in Wyoming and Idaho including Idaho Falls!! Gina is amazing and has such a beautiful soul the same goes for the other teachers and staff!! I was lucky to work for her and be a part of this amazing team!!

The staff and instructors at TDF are top notch. Never once have they put my daughters or myself in a uncomfortable position. They always take time to explain and answer any questions as clear as possible and always take into consideration that is dance dads don’t know the lingo! They have always been extremely patient during all aspects from sign ups and tryouts to competitions. I highly recommend anyone looking to get their kids into dance or looking for a change from your current studio to look into the dance factory.

My daughter started at The Dance Factory this past summer! She has grown so much in a few short months. I owe this to the AMAZING Instructors at TDF! Being from Utah and a dancer myself I found it hard to find a place where my daughter would be pushed and thrive in dance . I have watched TDF for years and was so excited when they came to Idaho Falls! If you are looking for a studio for your child to grow and excel at you MUST go to TDF!

I decided to give this review so that many dancers and parents of dancers that are in a quandary or on the fence about what dance studio is suitable for their studies can have my honest opinion. My daughter started in March of 2018 after being at another studio for 3going on 4 years. We decided on This studio after a few trial classes and she had to do a test to see what level she would be in....Let me tell you even though the level was alittle more advanced she learned so much from, it. But more importantly she had a smile on her face and the glow returned to her body .She had several teachers and was excited about dancing again. The discipline was there and the girls and boys were very professional and the recital was superb. Thank you so much for making my daughter not only excited fif the new year but putting the fun back into dance.
