I WANTED THE RUGRATS THEME FOR MY SON, IM NOT A CREATIVE PERSON SO I TOLD HER TO SURPRISE ME AND SHE DIDNT DISAPPOINT AT ALL! HER CREATIVITY AND DECORATION EVERYONE LOVED. HER STAFF INTERACTS WITH THE KIDS AND WATCHES THEM ALSO. THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PARTY PACKAGES! IF YOU WANT TO CELEBRATE A PARTY AND DONT WANT TO STRESS BOOK WITH THEM NOW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was very excited to start my twins for the summer program. They enjoyed themselves very much, but my issue was when on the last week both of my girls got sick with hand foot mouth disease. I called them and no answer. I texted them and they left my message on read. I did want to make them aware that both of my girls were sick so they can let other parents aware because it’s contagious and so maybe they can do a deep cleaning just a heads up. No one ever called or texted me back. What got to me the most was that I picked up my nephew and I had to hear from a staff saying that another child was sick with the same thing. If this is the case why wasn’t parents aware of this. Like schools and other organizations do when there is an outbreak they send notices home to make it known. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to get back to me.

I celebrated my son's 1st Birthday here a couple weeks ago and I absolutely loved it(so much that I already booked another party for March) ! The decorations came out beautiful, the staff helping out were amazing and professional. It made party planning less stressful booking X-Dance since they pretty much took care of everything. My guests also loved it. X-Dance will definitely be my go to place for my special events.

Beautiful venue for my sister's wedding but service was a little disorganized. I walked in to the set up still being completed and was told by male staff that ice would be provided when that wasn't the case. The plates set on the table were not enough to accommodate all of the chairs provided and alot were scratched up. The ac barely worked in the middle of a heat wave and the person that I was told would be assisting with the wedding did not help or even acknowledge that we were there. I had to retrieve him to help with music and he proceeded right back into his office. The decorations offered were minimal but beautiful, however nothing compared to online pictures. My sister and I met with owner a week prior to the wedding to discuss her vision and a few things were omitted. Her cupcakes, canisters for the steamers, balloons and the bounce houses were put up an hour late. We were granted an 30 minute extension for bounce house time. Many decorations including for the cake table, (not the bride and groom table) the floor runner, center pieces, rose petals and balloons were provided by the bride. The price of the venue was miscommunicated by several staff and the owner had to be called several times for missed add ons before the wedding and while the wedding was in progress. Last but not least, clean up was supposed to be provided but ended up being done majority by the wedding guests. Overall, I would reccomend this company and host another event as the owner was kind and understanding and willing to work with the bride to fix her complaints.

Very unprofessional put a partial down payment down on a baby shower for a specific date. Then they called us back two weeks prior to baby shower date and told us that the day that we paid for is not available any more. Then they told us they can only give us a discount on the dates that they have available which we cant make because of our work schedule. They said if we pick another date I have to pay full price. When I already put a down payment on our original date which they book some one else

I threw a YouTube themed surprise birthday for my 13-year-old daughter and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. The decorations were incredible and the cake was delicious and the service was awesome I would definitely come back again. For a place to include so much in their package and it’s affordable it’s def worth it !!!!!!
