My daughter attends this wonderful Irish Dance school. The teachers are knowledgeable, caring and accessible. Class/studio time is well organized and used efficiently. There is a good mix of fun and focused training.

The Adult Cardio class on Tuesday nights is awesome! Emma does a great job of incorporating traditional strength and cardio moves (think squats, crunches, etc.) into a more formalized Irish step lesson. Plus, the music is fun and keeps everyone in the class upbeat, engaged, and smiling and laughing the whole time. The hour always passes too quickly and I'm already looking forward to the next upcoming class!
