My daughter Avelena has been attending the School of dance and Music since the age of 2 and now she is 6. I was really happy to find a school with instructors that are passionate about inspiring and teaching young children. We had been attending the Hermosa location for 3 years but had to change to the redondo location because of schedule conflict and I had to think twice about it because I love the staff at Hermosa. Natasha has always been so helpful and I wasnt sure I wanted to leave the location because of her. However, I was lucky to find out that just as the teachers work at all locations so does the staff and this made the transition easier for me. Given that Mrs. Hazel was no longer teaching ballet we had to find a new instructor and Natasha helped me set trial classes with several instructors to see who my daughter felt most comfortable with. Avelena choice Mrs. Holly and Natasha helped me enroll her with a smile. The School of Dance is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated staff member! I definately recommend the School of Dance to anyone who is looking for quality instruction and happy, helpful staff members!!!!! My daughter loves going to class every Monday and I am glad that Natasha is there to greet me and answer any of my questions. Joanne Wijesundera

The teachers are awesome! I've learned so much from them. They are very encouraging, motivating, and inspiring. This is my home away from home. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a place to dance, sing, play different instruments, and form long lasting friendships. I know i have found this and much more at SDM!

My daughter (5 yrs old) is currently enrolled in the ballet / tap class at the Redondo School of Dance and Music. For the past 3 years, I can see significant improvements in her posture, confidence level as well as her listening skills. So if you are looking for a dance / music studio with professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly teachers and staff, the Redondo School of Dance and Music is the place to be. Best of all, it's a fun environment where my daughter has made great friends. She never wants to miss a class since she loves being at the studio.

My daughter has been going to the School of Dance and Music since she was 3 (now she is 8). The teachers and staff are AMAZING!!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The recital is in June and every kid is able to participate. I would recommend the School of Dance and Music to anyone who is looking for a great dance studio in the South Bay. They have very flexible dance class schedules and if you happen to miss a class its very easy to make them up too :). Over all I have had a great experience at all 3 locations (Hermosa, Redondo and Manhattan).

Our daughters' love of dance started at the School of Dance and Music, which is a second home to us. There's so much to appreciate about this community of dance and music, and for us, we especially connected with the faculty. Our daughters' immediately connected with their teachers year after year, and we had such peace of mind as parents that they were always in good hands (with such great dance experience to boot!). As a mom, I also so appreciated how smoothly the school communicates with us, and especially at recital time -- instead of it being a chaotic time of the year, it is absolutely a pleasure and something we will always treasure!

My daughter and son have been here for 3 years. My daughter takes Ballet and Hip Hop and my son takes drum lessons. I'm very happy to have them enrolled here. It's a great school for all ages who enjoy dance and music. My daughter is 5 and son is 8 and at a young age they really enjoy taking classes and lessons here. We'll be taking more classes here.

School of Dance and Music has been a wonderfully amazing crucible for my daughter for the last 6 years and counting..... she started with one class and now is advancing quickly in ballet and jazz, including jazz company. Each and every teacher and staff member are incredible in their abilities to passionately train and inspire all students, and they are also just wonderful human beings -- a true blessing for our children. SoD&M has my highest recommendation and respect!!!
