I really enjoy my class with Jason Santana! He is a great teacher and he really encourages you to let go and try your best even though you might look stupid doing it in the beginning. I recommend doing his beginner class if you aren’t experienced, (the class was affordable!) but if you are more experienced you should definitely take a look at all the other classes they offer. All staff in the front we’re really nice and friendly! I look forward to going to Millennium again.

Millennium Dance Complex in Salt Lake is one of the most welcoming and friendly studios I have ever been to. All the choreographers are engaged in their teaching and want everyone who participates in their classes to do well and enjoy the movement. I recommend this studio to my family, friends, and acquaintances all the time and still have yet to hear negative feedback. Millennium is an amazing experience that everyone needs to try (at least once)!

I am a ballet dancer so places like millenium are scary for me, because other dance forms can just be scary. it's really hard for me when stuff is not in French and even counts of eight... But I had a good time! They were really nice to do me, despite my awkward attempts at hip hop and way too white girl hip thrusting. so for ballet dancers out there who want to try something new, try out millennium. I still want to stick to my pliés, but it was fun giving Grunge and Luigi a try.

I'm sad to give such a bad rating but all the classes that I tried to go to were cancelled. Apparently this happens alot on Saturdays so don't go on a Saturday. The gals behind the computer mentioned that the owner's go out of town frequently so the schedule online doesn't get updated and communication isn't great, but that shouldn't be an excuse. I thought this dance studio would be more professional since the one in LA is so popular, but I was definitely wrong. (Also they don't do refunds so don't get a class card if you're visiting. I made the mistake thinking I'd be taking classes while here but they were cancelled and no refund/ no way to use the credit for class before leaving)

I cannot even begin to explain my excitement when I found out Millennium was now in Salt Lake City!! I am in love with Millennium in LA and now I had a chance to get the same experience here in Utah! The faculty is absolutely incredible, EVERYONE has something so amazing to offer and they each teach me something new and different every single time I come and take class. If you're serious about dance, you better get yourself over to this studio and take classes!! :) everyone has such fun and loving personalities. You'll never want to leave once you come! This studio has incredible potential and I can't wait to see and be a part of the journey! :)

Very bad customer experience. The manager promised me that she would extend my membership and never did, basically lied. She was ignoring my emails. I called a few times and the front desk person was extremely rude when I asked to talk to the manager. I have never had such a disrespectful customer service experience. That was the worst part. Plus I came for a yoga class one morning, they cancelled it even though it was on schedule. It’s also ultra crowded, inaccurate description of class levels and sometimes impossible to find parking around. But if you are a professional dancer it’s probably a good option for training.

The dance level is certainly high. But class times seem to be mere suggestions. I left today 15 minutes after my class was supposed to start, no sign of it starting. The last class I went to, the teacher walked in 5 to 10 minutes late and then announced she had to leave 5 minutes early. Twice have showed up for classes they then cancel because of too few attendees. I often find myself feeling annoyed when I go there. I don't think it's very professionally run at all. At least all the staff and teachers I've interacted with were incredibly nice. Would I recommend it? It really just depends on what you're looking for.

Great teachers, classes get a little crowded (because great teachers), and be absolutely certain you can use up a dance card or pass before purchasing - there is absolutely no refund or partial refund or extension policy. A little sore about that, but I know I'll go back to them soon.

I am from Australia and flew to Denver, drove 20hrs down to LA and dropped by Millenium. It has been a dream of mine to dance at this studio and it finally came true! As soon as I walked in - I can feel the hype and energy and why Millenium stands true to their reputation. The studio, decor and sound system was off tap!! Very disappointed in this place. All the instructor wanted to do was show off his Michael Jackson moves rather than teach the class. I was very intimated to come here, but I was assured I would be fine. The front desk people were very nice, were misleading about the skill level required for the class.

Terrible experience for my 11 year old daughter and her friend. I would not let children under the age of 21 take classes at this studio. I tried to talk with the Director of Operations about a situation that occured in one of the hip hop classes and she refused to hear my complaint. Moreover, she was unreasonable, she lied about issues and she refused to give me a refund on the prepaid classes I purchased for my daughter. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would like to know if they have the appropriate business license in Utah and if the employees go thought background checks. Extremely poor management that should not be in business; I doubt they will be around very long.

I was so nervous to go back to dance after 5 years. Millennium was amazing and so welcoming. I have already been to three classes in two days and the instructors were caring, challenging, and knowledgeable. Hip-hop and Contemporary were so great I will definitely be coming in for more classes. I suggest this location to anyone!

This place is a mecca for dancers all over the world. The instructors are top notch and industry proffessionals. The front desk and app are 1st class. There are couple of things to consider, sometimes class can be a little crowded. Parking is tight if you are driving a mid to large size vehicle. Alot of students have Urber or Lyft drop them off. And if you know you are interested in certain classes book them on the app Mindbody or Millennium to secure a spot. Just because you are on a waitlist doesbn't mean you will make it in the class.

First time in Millenium, bad experience! Came to take a dance class with Nika Klijun when another different instructor comes in, thinking it was a warm up waiting for Nika she never came, apparently it was another instructor I went to ask for a refund and I was refused. They didn’t know who the instructor will be until the day of, then I told them why didn’t I get an email for that change, and they told me that they can’t send emails to all the student when they have all the emails since I had to use it to sign up. Then, I asked for the other class I had purchased for the next day if Nick Lanzisera was going to show up and I was told he wasn’t. I felt SCAMMED out of my money!!!! They didn’t give me back a refund and they only “credited” Nicks money back for a replacement class they didn’t give me a refund. THIS STUDIO USES BIG NAMES TO ATTRACT DANCERS ONLY TO MAKE THEM FEEL FORCED TO TAKE THE CLASS WITH THEIR SUBS!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!! AFTER PLANNING THIS CLASS WITH MY FRIEND FOR WEEKS IT WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!! The blonde front desk girl wasn’t any help and kept contradicting herself regarding the knowledge of when their instructors would be teaching, until the day off. MILLENNIUM IS A SCAM! THE OWNER REPLIED BACK, JUSTIFYING THE EXPERIENCE, BUT IF YOU BUY A TICKER TO A CLASS, IT IS EXPECTED TO SEE THAT INSTRUCTOR, people come from far away to take classes if that instructor wasn’t showing up the day off. It is the JOB OF THE STUDIO TO INFORM THE CLIENT! NOT FOR THE CLIENT TO GO AND VERIFY IF THE INSTRUCTOR WILL BE THERE THE DAY OFF!!! DON’T JUSTIFY THE ACTIONS, APOLOGIZE AND CHANGE THE SYSTEM BY INFORMING YOUR CLIENTS!!!!!

I am sorry I went to millennium last year and did not have fantastic experience like everyone else. I registered for a class there teacher did not show up. Lost money. But mange take another class finally but the experience was not all that great and exciting that thought it would be I see millennium on YouTube. However the staff got rude when I asked for a replacement class that was paid. However, I managed to get good picture with a dance instructor. I just couldn't get in a dance program that was offered.

My friend and I took our very first dance class here (the Thursday beginner hip hop class) and it was definitely an awesome experience. Even though we were absolute rubbish, the teacher and even the classmates were very supportive. The choreography was simple enough where we could pick it up while simultaneously being open enough that the more experienced in the class could get their groove on and show off what the choreography could really look like if you didn't have two left feet. We'll definitely be coming back here!

Tess, the reception attendant and tap teacher way beyond amazing. My friend and I were in from out of town and she went way above and beyond to accommodate us. She gave us recommendations for hotels, food, sights and was very thorough in explaining each class that we were interested in. Based off her service alone, I recommend this studio to EVERYONE. We took Dancehall first, which was great but a little frustrating at how bad the teacher was with using counts or symmetry (when symmetry was intended) We took Hip Hop with Diego which was just FABULOUS! He totally got me out of a funk with his upbeat personality and effective teaching! I will make this a regular stop when I'm in SLC from now on!

The kids at the front office are always very helpful in helping me login. My daughter Morgan needs the Hip Hop Experience we live in Orange County so even though it's a drive it's well worth it. I do wish more videotaping was allowed by the kids or parents but we understand some studio have more confidentiality polices. Of course the parking is an issue but hopefully.. one day soon

OMG! This place is amazing, my best friend lives here in LA and she wanted me to come try this out, I WISH they had a studio like this back in Calgary! or Winnipeg! It was very fun, great workout, staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I want to keep going but was only in LA for a few days. Haha my friend keeps making fun of me after I left this studio, a small town country Canadian girl, I was just in glee, seriously if you're in LA and want to try a great dance studio, you cannot go wrong here. NEVER AGAIN!! I felt so discriminated. They were Caucasian. So it was my sister and I, first time here and we waiting to get helped at the counter and no one who assist us. They were behind the counter talking their life away and I can see them glance at us through the mirror and still no one. I asked one for assistance and she said give me one moment and she never came back. Minutes later someone else helped us but while my sister asked questions she would just dismiss her. They were so rude!

For my first visit to LA, I wanted to take as many dance classes as I could. Admittedly I was nervous to set foot in a world-renowned studio - everyone here is just so fantastically talented! I quickly learned that everyone is also fantastically kind and very supportive. The faculty are knowledgeable and give great feedback, the staff are friendly, and the other dancers offer you smiles and verbal support when classes are split into smaller groups for performance. I can’t wait to return to LA and continue to train here!

I am so excited to share that at the age of 50 I finally went to millennium dance complex. I was able to check off 2 of items off of the top of my bucket list. Guest Choreographer and Nicholas Palmquist was absolutely amazing! Choreographer Nicholas Palmquist was absolutely amazing. I drove all the way from San Diego to take the class but after having been there I will definitely do the 3 1/2 hour drive again maybe even once a month. Truly amazing experience
