LA Dancefit Studio is super patient and enjoyable to work with. My fiancé and I are beginners and he has made dancing fun and has not gotten too involved with the technicalities. He is definitely proficient in a variety of dance styles and willing to show you more than one style. He is accommodating and so far we are very happy we chose him to help introduce us to couples dancing.

I rocked it out tonight with Taisha! She rocked the HOUZE for the Slow & Sexy Choreography Class. This is the best in Los Angeles and I've been to most Pole and burlesque studios. She's motivating, high-energy, nurturing and breaks it down for even a beginner. I highly recommend her class!!! The staff is super nice and no egos. Lovely studio all around...

I love this place! I recommend for anyone that is looking for a pole studio. When i attended this studio for the first time i was a bit worried of what to expect, but the instructor was great and i been attending pole class here every since. Pole looks easy, but it sure is a workout. Seriously... Try it out you will not regret it.

Being shy I was wanting to improve my dance skills to be more confident dancing in a night club setting when I found Arthur. He is patient, knowledgeable, and a great teacher. Not only did he teach me free style moves, but also some basic Latin steps just to add to the mix. All in all it was a fun experience and I feel more relaxed and confident thanks to CA Dancefit Studio.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST DANCE STUDIO!!! I was visiting from Boston and Googled dance fitness classes and landed here - and boy did I luck out! I took an amazing Zumba class & an amazing cardio hip-hop class. Both were high energy, calorie scorching workouts with instructors that were kind, fun, personable, and easy to follow. They offer MANY classes everyday and even have kids classes. The facility is perfect: dark walls with color lights give this place a wonderful nightclub type feel; a stage for the teacher means you can always see them, no matter where you are; a nice dance floor, hand towels are provided which is a HUGE bonus; there are roomy, gender neutral bathrooms to change in, and cubbies to store your stuff; they also sell water and cute fitness clothes. I can't say enough good stuff about this well-thought-out, customer friendly, amazing dance studio. I wish I could pick it up, with all the great instructors in it, and bring it home to Boston with me!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As I always mention in my reviews when relevant, going here supports a small, local, minority, owned business.

Michele is a great teacher and works out of a very convenient location. She helped my wife and I with our wedding dance routine. She has a lot of dance experience and was able to make our lessons productive and fun. Highly recommend.

I go to the cardio hip hop classes that Tier teaches and they are fantastic. I live about 40min to an hour away and her class is worth the drive. I love her class, there is no ego, her song selections are so bomb, and she has fun, diverse choreography. I always have so much fun and don’t even recognize the muscles that she’s working out until the next day when I’m sore. I burn more calories in her hour class than I do running sprints on the treadmill. Whether you can or can’t dance it doesn’t matter you’ll find your groove. It’s a judgement free zone. It’s only a matter of time before more people discover this class.

I had the opportunity to take two of Tier’s Cardio Hip Hop classes while I was visiting LA and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. I went to her class in Nashville for a year before she moved back to LA, and I’ve yet to find anything that even comes close to her class. Tier is passionate, extremely talented, and her energy is unmatched. It’s a guarantee that you will have a blast while getting the absolute best workout. Her choreography is one of a kind and her playlist is always so good. I didn’t have dance experience before I met Tier, but her class instilled in me a love for dance. She makes everyone feel empowered and there is never any judgement. Seriously go check out her classes - you’ll be hooked!

I've become a huge fan of this place. I stumbled into this place because I've been looking for different types of cardio exercise I can do. I used to run long distance regularly, but ever since I had hurt my knee, I needed to find something different to do. I think the cardio hip hop and zumba classes here are a perfect alternative. The choreo is easy to follow, and you definitely get your heart rate up. Wil-son, Jhon and Heather are my favorites. Though Jhon's moves are a bit more complex, and harder to follow. I think his classes would be great for someone who already has a hip hop background. Wil-son and Heather really break down their moves, so it's easy for anyone to follow along, regardless of your dance background. This studio is a very non-judgemental zone and I see people of all ages and size here. They provide towel service and cubbies. Bring your own water though! The first class is $10, and then they are $16 after that. They have different discount passes your can buy off their website. And they're also on ClassPass!
